We had the good fortune of connecting with Yorgi Spanos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yorgi, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
I have learned two important things during my journey with Manssion. The first being the importance of a strong team and foundation. I wouldn’t be anywhere without my two partners Feras and Torii. They are both incredibly inspiring and their worth ethic is contagious. Torii, is one of the most solutions-led people I have ever met. He will stop at nothing to get something done. Feras, Is hands down one of the smartest people I have ever met. His ability to evaluate and trust the slow process takes a special kind of person. I think people get impatient, but his maturity of patience is why he is who he is. You combine that with my creativity and vision that is a well-rounded team.

The second important lesson this journey/career has taught me was to just go for it. You won’t know if you don’t try.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our brand is just a solid relatable jewelry brand for the modern man. We’ve grown so much since our launch and we are finally coming into our own, but still have a lot of work to do. What separates us from our competitors is our brand itself. We aren’t a soulless brand that just throws a logo on products. We believe in what we are doing, and it shows in every aspect of how we present ourselves in the market.

We got to where we are today by not getting complacent. We are constantly looking to improve everything. Level up everything. Our content, product, and website have seen a major facelift and we are looking to keep improving those. Our team is small but extremely scrappy. I think every company makes mistakes and we made our fair share of mistakes in year one, but it’s how you respond to those mistakes and pivot is when you will see your biggest jump.

I want the world to know that when you buy a Manssion product that we are truly appreciative of the support. As much as we are doing this for the team we do it for our consumers as well. We want to create a confident brand that our demographic can relate to in the jewelry space.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We are for sure hitting Malibu for sunset and fish tacos/beers. I would of course have to take them to Hermosa/Manhattan beach for a casual day. You gotta hit Shellbacks one night. I think Venice Beach is a must and to grab some dinner at Gran Blanco and finish the night off that the Lincoln. I think If I wanted to give them a real experience I would tell them to bring their passports because we would be going to Cesear’s in Tijuana for the night.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I shouted out my mom in the last article and I have no problem doing it again. She is the most inspiring person I have ever met. She wears different hats in our relationship. One day she is a mother and the next she is a business advisor, and or ball-buster. On top of that, she is an amazing best friend, and her story is beyond inspiring.
