We had the good fortune of connecting with Edit B Kiss and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Edit, how do you think about risk?
I am the kind of person who grows wings while jumping off the cliff. I always been a dreamer and I had influencers around me who gave me good ideas or trends to follow. So that made me believe that what is possible to achieve: if they can – I can. I also love the variety in life. I got bored if I do not have enough stimulus. So I went through life learning by experiences. I am a cosmopolitan lived in 8 countries and visited other 13. I have two children and their presents did slow me down at the beginning of my family life because the society made me believe I need to provide them a steady life and keep them in their comfort zone which made me physically sick because I let myself controlled by the people around me. When I was eventually got into a situation when I had to relocate again with the children I realised that I need to continue my life this way. This is what gives me sparks and meaning and I can not limit myself by others beliefs.
So these allowed my children to experience living in the Netherlands, New Zealand and United Kingdom.
I used to be a Petroleum Engineer in the corporate world for more than 10 years, which was my first passion. I left my position and became an entrepreneur to spend more time with my children and also to be able to live for my purpose helping others as a spiritual healer and life coach. In the last 4 years I established my business and became an expert and gained authority through being a #1 best seller author, international speaker, writer in my energy healing and life coaching field which I started learning more than 15 years ago. I continually reinvent myself by learning new techniques and creating courses and events to help more clients. I am mostly guided by my intuition and driven by my passion and courage to make a difference in other people’s life.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I grew up in a communist country where going to church or practising religion or spirituality was a sin. When I was a teenager I started to get interested to learn more about the different religions and I was fascinated by the ancient cultures and mythologies. I realised that they are all connected and carrying similar values and truths. First time I got introduced to Reiki healing happened because I experienced panic attacks. Reiki helped me to manage my condition and I decided to become a Reiki practitioner and later a Master. During the years when I was working as a Petroleum Engineer the spirituality was my sanctuary and hobby. I spent my free time being on extra sense retreats or on family constellation therapies which helped me to navigate through struggles in my relationships and career. Then in 2016 I realised that I don’t want to live my life as it is and quit my well paying corporate job and with my two children and my husband we traveled to New Zealand to seek a new life. I was overweight, unhealthy, and burned out. I wanted to spend more time with my children and feel happy in my body while I provide value to others. We ended up spending 7 months in New Zealand what felt like a family retreat. I spent time on healing myself with Reiki and as a result I received reprogramming into my subconscious mind and I stoped eating certain food which leaded to eventually loose 20 kgs/40 pounds in 10 months time already by the time being back in my home country. I also started to work as a contractor in the Petroleum industry meanly working from home and having more time for my kids and myself. People around me could not believe to their eyes what a transformation I went through. But the biggest breakthrough happened later when I was introduced to Karma yoga. In January 2018 I was invited to a course to translate the program from English to Hungarian, doing the Samadhi meditation for the first time, activating my pineal gland was literally eyeopening, third eye opening experience. I started to receive clear messages so called breadcrumbs from the Universe which direction to go and what to do. I moved to London with my children and opened up my healing and life coaching business in the summer of 2018. Since then I dedicated myself to help people to raise their vibration, release their pains and struggles and to implement positive habits into their life. I am continually evolving and learning new techniques and growing spiritually. Covid made me change the way I work. I used to have 1:1 sessions with VIP clients, lately I launched two 8 weeks online program, one for men called Life Transformations System for Men and the other one for women called Raise your Vibration – Elevation program for women taking into consideration their different progress and needs. I help them to get healed from running mind, insomnia to gain more focus and fill the void in their hearts by raising their frequency and getting them aligned with their true self so they can stand the storms and live their life joyfully and reinvent themselves to the next level. I am most proud of my latest project which revolutionises the entertainment and healing industry by merging them and create a unique experience for the audience and the viewers online.
We created this event to bring a unique entertainment experience where you can relax and enjoy the show while you are also doing the work to release your traumas in a safe environment. You have the opportunity to encounter your multidimensional existence, network with likeminded individuals during the breaks and leave the workshow encouraged, lighter and happier with freebies.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am more fan of quieter relaxing places, so it would be definitely the seaside, the beaches I would go. The culinary experience is endless in LA. But due to the fact that I am Vegan and gluten-free I prefer those places. Did you know that actually you can have vegan gluten-free donuts in Hollywood? My absolute recommendation is “fonuts” the enlightened donut by Nancy Truman actress. I also love Mexican dishes and vegan sushi. I love exploring new places all the time so probably I would go somewhere I have never been.. But it has to have a sea view, there are lovely places to explore in Manhattan Beach for example. I would also take my friend to a comedy club which start opening up after the lockdowns and a karaoke bar. Several choices of them in LA.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I was blessed with influential and supporting parents. My Dad loved traveling and beside his job he always had different projects going on. My Mom have several degrees in children education which kind of made my life not easy but definitely gave me courage and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I had several mentors and inspiring friends who supported on my careers both in the petroleum industry and the spiritual field. Some of the profound wisdoms I gained from one of my Karma Guru Sumeet Kaul, who is also a Bollywoody star and a Harvard professor in Business.
Lately I also feel like I am attracting more likeminded people into my life and I am so grateful for Forbes Riley who is an amazing woman with strong character and always joyful attitude. I am also grateful for Steve Samblis, who is the founder of the 1 Habit book series and made me a #1 best seller.
