We had the good fortune of connecting with Kasra Esteghamat and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kasra, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Authenticity. First, we truly believe in having authentic partnerships with our clients, and the suppliers we use to service them with. With that comes an authentic relationship built on trust and expertise. Those are the cornerstones of the success of our business, but more importantly the satisfaction of our customers. The fact that we make planning and booking trips fun is a bonus… and all the added perks are just the cherry on top!

What should our readers know about your business?
Often, our advisors are asked what their specialty is in. Though we each definitely have strengths in certain regions or destinations, we always pride on saying our specialty is our clients. It’s our clients whom we have to know best. Because, the rest we’re very well connected to through education, and our vast networks and preferred partnerships. Likely, out of the five Eden For Your World advisors, one of us has personal knowledge with the destination or experience a client is interested in. In case we have not been, our clients can trust we only recommend when we have leaned enough about and have personal contacts with our network on the ground. This connects back to being authentic and honest. Our goal is to create something custom and tailored to your needs, comfort, and wishes. So, we’ve learned to listen and advise accordingly… sometime with a little nudge to make spectacular moments happen that exceed our client’s wildest dreams!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well, that depends on the friend, right? Is the friend thrilled by art and culture, or a good time eating and cocktailing through the cities rooftop bars and restaurants, or does that friend want to hit the beach, Palm Springs, and the mountains for some hiking? We could put together an awesome itinerary for any friend, we just need to start with the basics and learn more about them before suggesting anything.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh, there are so many people I can thank for being part of the success of Eden For Your World. I feel blessed to be part of an industry that is very generous in regard to support, advice and encouragement. There is a comradery in the travel industry that is next to none. However, there is one person and one organization I have to give Shoutouts to. First, is Colin Weatherhead, owner of Montecito Village travel (whom we are independent affiliates of) for his passionate belief in Eden For Your World and his encouragement of John (my business and life partner) and our dream for this boutique luxury travel agency of ours. Next, I’d love to give a Shoutout to the Virtuoso travel network. Being part of this consortium of travel advisors and suppliers has provided opportunities to connect and learn from the best of the best in the industry. They’ve been constant supporters, and generous in recognizing us through awards and recognition.
