Hi Lara & Meg, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind success is genuinely believing that you can succeed. Clearly envisioning your goals that you will work towards is important for your brand’s success. The risk to take the jump to be your own boss and create and sustain a business is to truly believe that you can do it. Remaining organized, focused and driven are also keys to manifesting your dreams.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our business is a jewelry brand that has everyday fashion jewelry, custom jewelry to create personalized pieces and one-of-a-kind cultural pieces that show our Armenian Heritage. What excites us most are the pieces that embody inspirational representations of Women that date centuries back, Armenian Goddesses. Much like Greek Gods, these Goddesses were widely shown representing power, motherhood, fertility, abundance and more empowering qualities of Women. Our hope is that these pieces inspire and connect all those who wear them. With creating anything, there are challenges that come with it. From concept to production, many roadblocks can be encountered. No matter how long it takes to make something happen, not giving up on completing your plan is very important. We believe that being meticulous and working in order for all details to be the way you intend them to be is key and perseverance to keep going, even when it takes much longer than you anticipated.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would share popular places and hidden gems. Griffith Observatory is a must-see, hiking in Griffith Park or anywhere really! Definitely go to see live music at any of the iconic venues in Hollywood. Also, Abbot Kinney for some great shopping and food. Malibu pier and beach for the waves and Topanga Canyon to appreciate the artistry hidden up in the mountains.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The support of our families and close friends is a continuous driver and inspiration for us. We are true believers in having a tribe that help motivate you to reach your goals. Every day is a new opportunity to create more but there are always challenges that may get in your way. Having supporters who believe in your vision cultivates our confidence to keep going.
