We had the good fortune of connecting with Milan Zoe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Milan, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
I am a firm believer that your personal is reflective of your business life and vice versa. For a long time my focus had been business business business and I didn’t work nearly as hard on myself and that began to reflect in other areas.

Overtime my balance has become a bit more balanced and it has actually aided me in getting further along in my career endeavors.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I do a a lot but I have spent the time building a really great team and for that I am grateful. I feel like having them along for this journey has helped me maximize my opportunities and successfully matriculate through all of the things that I do. Nothing worth having comes easy but it was certainly worth the blood, sweat, and heels. Overcoming challenges can be difficult but when things get tough I remember that the gifts God gave me were his gift to me and what I do with them are my gift back to him. I remember that God has blessed me with the intent of me blessing others so when I just don’t feel like it I have to remind myself that the vision is bigger than me, that I am looking to have a global impact, and that in order to do that I have to get up out my bed everyday.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a friend visiting the area there are def a few go to places that would have to be in the agenda. We would stat our day at Culver City stairs, stop by simply wholesale for protein shakes, and of course hit Manhattan Beach.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
