We had the good fortune of connecting with Kimberly Bradach and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kimberly, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Being able to adapt to what the present situation holds. Here is a quote that I repeat often to myself from The Art of War by Sun Tzu: “In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.” This quote helps keep me focused, knowing that even in moments when it all looks and feels like madness, I am moving forward, I am looking for solutions, which may open new doors with endless possibilities.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I founded InterChanging Creativity in 2006 as a sports marketing agency in Mooresville, North Carolina. During this time, I negotiated sponsorship contracts with top-tired auto racing teams and Fortune 500 companies. After the 2008 financial downturn I decided to use my contacts to try and brake into the entertainment industry focusing on celebrity endorsements and licensing. After a few success campaigns, I made the decision to relocate InterChanging Creativity to Beverly Hills, California in 2009. Since then InterChanging Creativity has branched out into film, television, new media, music, sports, fashion, brand consulting, content financing, speaking engagements and publicity. From icons to rising stars and major studios to Fortune 500 corporations, we create original and individualized creative strategies focusing on our clients’ long-term goals and short-term needs. InterChanging Creativity and myself are committed to delivering world-class opportunities to our clients and partners.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Eat- Spago, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, Nate n Al’s, Dan Tana’s Visit – Hollywood Sign, Chinese Theater, The Hollywood Museum and of course the new Academy Museum of Motion Pictures when it open in April 2021. Nightlife – Avalon, 1Oak, Bootsy Bellows

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Mostly I would like to give a big shoutout to my parents for their continued unconditional selflessness, unwavering support and countless sacrifices which have opened many doors allowing me to succeed.
