We had the good fortune of connecting with Anaiya Kymahni aka MUCCHATI and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anaiya Kymahni aka MUCCHATI, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by life ! Everything around me. My peers, my experiences, the world when I step outside. We can learn something new everyday !

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I think the thing that sets me apart from others is my willingness to try new things and to keep going, even if I may feel like It isn’t the perfect time or going my way. Along with my resilience. I’ve amazed my self at how strong I truly am. Then realizing that having the talent is only 50% of the puzzle, the other 50 is your effort. It always works out as long as you work for it.

At the moment, I am currently excited about my new project, my debut single “Saturday In LA” !! I worked really hard on this and it’s something I cannot wait to share ! I have been working on music since 2019 and I’m so excited to start this journey, while still simultaneously building my modeling career.

Hard work, determination and going after every opportunity God gave me got me to where I am today. Was it easy ? No. Anything worth having will not come easy but I think the real question we should ask ourselves is “Is it worth it ?” Because then it forces us to only go after things we truly want. Overcoming challenges is a learning experience I feel. That’s why they’re considered lessons because you learn something different each time. It’s up to you to put the pieces together. So that’s what I did. I put my pieces together to make sense for me and my journey. I’m sure I will continue to have the challenges and I will do the same thing. You just can’t give up.

I think the world should know that I’m here to make my mark and I hope to maybe inspire you to do the same. I will be sharing a lot in my music and the stories I tell and more of my modeling. I want to make music and create art for everybody ! I am still writing my story but know that it wasn’t easy and still isn’t but I’m never giving up.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For breakfast definitely Crossroads on melrose ! I stopped eating meat in 2018, so finding good vegan/vegetarian places are a must.

Lunch I’d say kabob grill !! Love Mediterranean food

And dinner it would have to be between Mr.Chow, Ruam Mitr or any Ethiopian restaurant !

Some cool places to check out are Frank G. Bonelli park, Santee Alley, Point dume and Spire 73 !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom, family and friends
