We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacy Reed and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stacy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Over the years, I’ve seen many entrepreneurs struggle with growing their businesses. When I graduated college, I realized that in order to get the jobs I wanted I needed one thing I didn’t really have…experience. I decided to start freelancing, in addition to working full-time, to help small businesses understand how to use marketing to grow.

I started Stacy Zeal & Co. to help business owners get unstuck and scale to 7 figures and beyond with strategic, scalable marketing campaigns. I come across lots of businesses that don’t understand the fundamentals of marketing that will take them to the next level.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Stacy Zeal & Co. is a boutique consulting agency that takes e-commerce brands to the next level with strategic, scalable Facebook Ad campaigns. We are on a mission to amplify mission-driven e-commerce brands using our signature Zeal Method that strategically scales brands to $1 Million and beyond so they can increase their impact.

We are truly strategic partners to our clients and work with their internal teams to ensure our marketing efforts work together to elevate the entire business.

Our biggest obstacles have come from limiting beliefs. We have had to fully embrace our ability to transform businesses and work through mindset hurdles that kept us playing small. We are using our light, knowledge, and abilities to fill a void of lack of education for growing e-commerce brands that want to scale.

We value self-care above all and work to create a low-stress environment.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Seafood and sunshine are on the menu in Baltimore!

We would visit beautiful Baltimore architecture and monuments throughout the day and get all things crab from different restaurants.

A few of my favorite spots to eat and drink include Grill Marx, The Grill by Harryman, Pappa’s Restaurant and Sports Bar, and local spots downtown

We are close to DC so we would catch the train into DC to see the sites and museums.

Shoutout to the organization Hello Seven by Rachel Rogers for providing a roadmap to success for my business. I also have the best support system on the planet that includes family & friends that believe in me more than I believe in myself sometimes.
