Meet Tsadiqwah Scarville | TV Producer & Real Estate Investor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tsadiqwah Scarville and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tsadiqwah, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risks are meant to be taken because they come with their own set of challenges that can either work for you or against you. Risks also are the very thing that help to shape us as leaders and achievers because it has elements of surprise, fear, and anxiety that can result from doing something we haven’t done. But what’s really doing is pushing us past old patterns of how we think of ourselves and into higher consciousness of what God created us to be. Honestly, we’re nothing without taking risks. It’s where strength finds new meaning. And I can attest to this because my entire life and the things I’ve been able to achieve have come from taking my shot..eveb in the dark.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a producer, I’m really proud of the stories I get to tell of real people in their everyday lives, whether it’s through stories of pain and love or healing and progression, there’s always a line of connection or transformation we can all relate to. In my career, I’ve worked on many talk shows involving relationships, mental health, overcoming and I’m always reminded of these sometimes life altering experiences we all share as human beings. In television, when it comes to creating and tracking quality content, it’s the natural unfolding of these moments in people’s lives that become tv’s memorable moments. It’s also times like this that make the job of being a great producer not so easy because you have to know when to allow a story to take its own course, when to put a pin in it, and how to connect with people in a real way both in front and behind the camera. It’s also about knowing how to identify challenges and coming up with solutions for them quickly. Everyday keeps you busy as a producer and in expectation of something new, and that’s the magic of it!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Five on the Hill, Universal Citywalk, Universal Studios…my favorite place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
Do a Bonfire @ Dockweiler Beach….at night with you best pals, bring music and marshmallows lol
Bonita Falls, San Bernardino National Forest…a 2 hour natural walk to the waterfall.
Hiking at Griffith Observatory…the view from the top is awe-inspiring!
Mama Dios in Beverly Hills..it’s upscale, it’s sexy, and the food is delicious!
Chicken Pot Pie from Daily Grill..yum yum yum !
Gotta do a Hollywood Celebrity Tour…it’s classic! Drive through the hills and see all the million dolar mansions of your favorite celebs!
Long Beach Sunset Cruise
Just a few of my favorite places I’ve been to since moving to LA during quarantine and a pandemic! I’ll be adding more of my favorite places to this growing list.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Honestly, I have to give a shoutout to my parents and God of course. Both my mother and father are very different from one another and both have been teaching figures in my life. They have left me with memories I can still glean from to this day especially when it comes to good decision-making. My father who is a teacher and scholar counseled me on eloquence and living a life full of virtue. He showed me the value of self preservation whether it was through education, health, or spirituality; he instilled respect for these areas much like principles of life. He taught the importance of knowing who I am and where I come from. My mom is by far the greatest nurturer in the world, at least she is in my opinion. She taught me how to love: first myself, how to be a lover of life, and how to show love to other people. She raised me with this unconditional force and whether it was through tough love or tender love, she always managed to recognize how the good outweighed the bad. This teaching in itself is the reason why forgiveness was a big part in growing up in my household. Though I was raised in a single-parent home by my mother, both my parents have had big influences on me in how I show up for myself and other things in my life. So I thank them for their confidence, edge, and grace they have given me.
