Hi Syed, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson that I have learned, the deal is not done until the ink is dry. Even when you feel the deal is 99.99% done, do not celebrate but be prepared and ready in case something comes up.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Realtor based out of Southern California, primarily in Orange County and Los Angeles. I have learned and grown from being a solo agent to developing a team dedicated to helping each and every one of our clients to ensure they feel their every need is being addressed during and even after the deal is completed. In this industry it is crucial to build relationships over deals, when you have that level with your clients, you will flourish- don’t chase the deal chase the relationship. It was not a difficult path, but it does take resilience to make sure you don’t chase “quick money” but grow with your clients.
