Hi Sapna, what is the most important factor behind your success?

For me, the most important factors that stretch among every version of success are “Determination” and “Drive”!

Determination – is the next level of motivation. You need to be determined to achieve success; it is not enough to just be motivated, because motivation can fade at any point. When you are determined to achieve something you know you will get, when you burn all your boats and have no option, when you are so certain that you would give your life for it, then there is no force that can stop you from achieving success!

Drive – you need to have a driving force. It can be a sense of purpose or a reason why you want to achieve it. For me, the drive is to be an inspiration for my children. I want to set an example to have an attitude to never give up and to inspire other women, especially homemakers who have lost themselves taking care of their family. The opportunity to uplift other women by inspiring them drives me to achieve success!

What should our readers know about your business?

I am an entrepreneur at heart as well as professionally employed. I have multiple startups to my name – especially in the field of education. My latest startup offers something very unique in the STEM space and I firmly believe that interest in STEM for kids starts at a very early age. I am always passionate about providing access to quality STEM education to K – 8 and this passion drove me to start STEM+M.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

There is no limit to entertainment in Los Angeles. The famous tourist spots would keep any new visitor busy for weeks: 

• Universal Studios Hollywood
• Disneyland
• Beverly Hills
• Santa Monica Pier
• Rodeo Drive
• Hollywood and many more.

However, there are many unique spots within the city that I would surely visit:

• The Cove in Palos Verdes for a beautiful Pacific Ocean View
• Redondo Beach Pier for a local touch
• LA fashion district
• 3rd Street Promenade (The Grove) for the glam
• Malibu Hindu Temple for peace and serenity
• SOFI / Dodger stadium for sporting fans etc.

And for the food lovers, here are some little gems which you may find interesting:
