Meet Stephanie Korour | Founder of Empowered Elixir

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Korour and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
My end goal will be at the very end of my life. I believe self-growth and goal-setting is a life-long process. Without it we’ll be unfulfilled. That being said, If I were at the end of my life and looking back I would feel it was a life well spent if I was able to contribute & be of greatest service to humanity and to the environment. Specifically focusing on endeavors that help empower people and eliminate human suffering. I look forward to ever increasing my capacity and ability to contribute philanthropically to enriching the lives of others.

What should our readers know about your business?
Empowered Elixir is an Beverage brand that creates energy & focus drinks made with organic ingredients that are both effective, powerful and delicious. Our products are designed to provide a boost of energy, improve focus and mental clarity, and enhance athletic performance. Our mission is to empower people to live their best lives by fueling their bodies with wholesome and nutritious drinks that are free from harmful chemicals and additives.
What sets Empowered Elixir apart from other Energy Drinks out there?
Empowered Elixir stands out from other energy drinks because we use only natural ingredients in our products. Our energy drinks are made with a combination of organic herbs, adaptogens, and electrolytes that work together to give the body sustained energy without the crash commonly experienced with other energy drinks. We are also proud to say that we are a socially responsible business, committed to supporting local communities, helping stop poverty and reducing our environmental impact.
What are you most proud of or excited about?
I am most proud of the positive feedback we receive from our customers. Many people have told us how much our energy drinks have helped them achieve their goals, whether it be studying for exams, competing in athletic events, or simply getting through a busy day at work. It’s exciting to know that we are making a difference in people’s lives and contributing to their overall wellbeing.
How did you get to where you are today business-wise? Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
Building Empowered Elixir has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I started the business with a small investment and a passion for creating healthy energy drinks. It was not easy to navigate the competitive beverage industry, but I was determined to succeed. I overcame challenges by staying focused on our mission and constantly learning and adapting to changes in the market. I also had a great team of advisors and mentors who helped guide me along the way.
What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is the importance of perseverance. Starting a business is not easy, and setbacks are inevitable. But it’s important to stay focused on your goals and keep pushing forward. I have also learned the value of building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Lastly, I’ve learned that it’s important to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances, especially in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want the world to know that Empowered Elixir is more than just a beverage company. We are a socially responsible business committed to making a positive impact on the world. We believe that everyone should have access to healthy and nutritious drinks, and we are dedicated to creating products that are not only good for you but also give back in a meaningful way. Our goal is to inspire and empower people to live their best lives by providing them with the energy and focus they need to achieve their goals.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting me in California for a week, here’s what I would probably do with them. Day 1: Arrival and exploring the city
Since i’m a licensed skydiver i’d probably start the trip off with a trip to Oceanside or Skydive Elsinore and we’d hop out of an airplane. I’d then take them for lunch at Trevor’s at the Tracks, Ramos House Cafe or Heritage BBQ in San Juan Capistrano.
We may then check out the Sawdust Festival followed by some wine tasting at Mcclain Cellars in Laguna.
Day 2: Beach Day
Visit one of the beautiful beaches in the area, i’d probably take them to Victoria Beach, and enjoy some sun and sand.
I might even take them to Newport beach and go paddleboarding, or jetskiing.
Try some fresh farm to table at Malibu Farms, enjoy a glass of wine at Zinque then watch the sunset at Lido House Rooftop.
Day 3: Nature Excursion
Take a scenic hike or nature walk Top of the World and probably take them on a hike on Carwreck Trail.
Try some fresh produce and goods at one of the local farmer’s markets, such as the Ladera Ranch Farmer’s Market.
Day 4: Shopping and Dining
Explore some of the local shopping destinations i’d take them to the Fashion Island Mall, or Lido Island. We’d stop for lunch at Red O’s or RD Kitchen.
Day 5: Theme Park Fun
I’d take them to Disneyland for the day. We’d enjoy some of the exciting attractions and rides and finish off with the fireworks. I may even take them two-stepping at The Ranch or for dinner at the Packing District.
Day 6: Fitness & Exploring Venice Beach & Marina Del Rey
Fitness is huge for me. I’d take them to my favorite gym Venice Gold’s (The Mecca) for a morning workout. We would then grab a coffee and breakfast at The Venice Rose. Might do some cryotherapy at the Bulletproof Labs. We’d explore the beaches & Santa Monica. Then hit up Abbott Kinney for some diner and appies. There are great vegan options at Butcher’s Daughter, I also love Angelina’s and Scoppa. I’d surprise them with a unique cocktail at the speakeasy tucked behind Scoppa. Alternatively would do dinner at Wally’s or watch the sunset at Elefante Restaurant.
Day 7: Relaxation and Rest
Spend some time relaxing and unwinding at one of the local spas or wellness centers, such as the Montage Laguna Beach, or go golfing at Pelican Hill. Enjoy a sound bath at San Clemente Collective Energy Center.
Enjoy a final meal at 180 Blu at the Ritz.
Overall, there are so many exciting and interesting things to experience & explore. From outdoor activities to theme parks, art and culture to relaxation and rest.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of my family, loved ones & friends.
