Hi Linny, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued a creative career because it allows me to bring my imagination to life, explore endless possibilities, and make a meaningful impact through visual storytelling. The ability to blend my passion for art and design with effective communication is what drives me, and I find immense fulfillment in creating experiences that evoke emotions, inspire others, and leave a lasting impression.

As an artist, I thrive on pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers of creativity. What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly blend my diverse background in business communications with my passion for graphic and digital design, resulting in a unique blend of strategic thinking and artistic innovation.

What I am most proud of is my continuous growth and evolution as a creative professional. Each project presents an opportunity for me to challenge myself, learn new techniques, and refine my skills. I am excited about the power of visual storytelling and its ability to evoke emotions, spark conversations, and make a lasting impact on audiences.

Getting to where I am today professionally has been a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. It hasn’t always been easy, but it is through overcoming obstacles that I have truly grown. I have faced tight deadlines, demanding clients, and creative blocks, but I’ve learned to stay resilient, adapt to changing circumstances, and seek inspiration from unexpected sources. Surrounding myself with a supportive network of mentors, artists, and like-minded individuals has also been instrumental in my professional development.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are invaluable. Firstly, embracing failure as a stepping stone to success has allowed me to learn, grow, and iterate my work. Secondly, effective communication and collaboration are the pillars of success in any creative endeavor. Actively listening, empathizing, and understanding the needs of clients and audiences have helped me create meaningful and impactful designs. Lastly, staying curious and open-minded has been essential in keeping up with industry trends, exploring new techniques, and staying innovative in a rapidly evolving landscape.

I want the world to know that my brand and story are rooted in a deep passion for creativity, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through my work. I strive to create designs that not only captivate visually but also communicate messages with depth and purpose. My ultimate goal is to inspire others, spark conversations, and contribute to the ever-evolving world of art and design.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

I’d recommend visiting the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Downtown Los Angeles, The Broad and Getty Museum. They all showcase a remarkable collection of contemporary artworks from renowned artists worldwide. Perfect for art enthusiasts seeking inspiration and a unique cultural experience.

On Saturdays visit the flea market in Los Feliz. A bohemian and vibrant flea market, perfect to shop vintage clothing, antique furniture, collectibles, and artisanal crafts, offers a range of unique and memorable items. I recommend strolling around the Arts District, is full of amazing restaurants and art galleries.

For sunset my favorite place to end the day in style, is the trendy and energetic rooftop of the Ace Hotel in Downtown LA. Breathtaking views of the city skyline, delicious crafted cocktails, in a chic and lively atmosphere.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

My creative journey has been a collaborative and transformative experience, made possible by the unwavering support and invaluable wisdom of my family, friends, and mentors. The professors and talented classmates at the Art Institute in Miami, including Adnan Razack, Falu, Rima, Rebecca Haym, and many others, have inspired me to push boundaries and think creatively.

In addition, the incredible women in my Latin community and my circle of friends, such as Paty Cantoni, Keila Nomura, Larissa Caramel, Camilla Cabral, and Ellie Perdomo, as well as individuals like Felipe Gustavo, Anuar Morad, Vinicius Sousa, and Luis Felippe Floriani, have been an endless source of motivation and encouragement. Their guidance and friendship has not only honed my skills but has also instilled in me a deep sense of determination, resilience, and gratitude.

I owe a great deal of my success to the unwavering support of my family, especially my mom, dad, and sisters, who have been my pillars of strength throughout this journey. Their love and encouragement have fueled my passion and drive to pursue a creative career.
