We had the good fortune of connecting with Alison Chace and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alison, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
The single most important decision I made that contributed to my creative success was finding my tribe. Just like Margaret Mead said, having a sense of community is essential. Building connections with like-minded folks who understand and share my interests and values created a cozy, supportive space for me. It’s like finding my own creative haven, where we can share ideas, have a laugh, and motivate each other. Finding those kindred spirits who resonate with your unique self enriches your life and brings true success. So go out there, find your uplifters, and have fun along the way.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
From making memorable appearances in hit shows like “The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” and “Succession” to directing an award-winning documentary that celebrates inspiring women conquering self-doubt globally, my journey has been nothing short of amazing. Each step has been a dream come true, and I’m truly grateful for the chance to pursue my passions and make a positive impact in the world through my work.
On this adventure, I also created Pink Wisdom, a go-to digital destination offering advice and support in all areas of life. It’s a hub of positivity and empowerment, providing you with free advice to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
And let’s not forget the Pink Kisses app, your daily dose of sweetness delivered straight to your phone. This app is designed to brighten your day with positive affirmations. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to Lee Brock, Artistic Director, and Co-Founder of The Barrow Group Theater. Her guidance and inspiration have played a vital role in my creative success. Lee Brock’s naturalistic approach to performance and commitment to supporting women’s voices have been truly transformative. I am forever grateful for the contributions of Lee!
