Meet Andrew Haddad | Real Estate Agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Haddad and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrew, what’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
To date, the most difficult decision I’ve had to make was leaving medical school to pursue real estate.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a realtor working in Silicon Valley, transforming lives through real estate. I help people who are ready to list their homes in order to sell and move onto their next stage in life. I also help those who are looking to make new memories and purchase their home. I am a provider and trustful source for everything real estate, bringing value and tenacity with my work. What sets me apart is my background and persistence to do what’s right for my clients. Making the move from being in the medical field, I bring analytics, empathy, and keen persistence to the table. My professional work transition was a difficult yet necessary one. This was not easy as I had to drop everything I’ve been holding onto for years to pursue something I was meant to do. But as soon as I flipped the switch, I haven’t looked back. Overcoming fear of failure is one dealt head on. After picking up my things and leaving Southern California for Northern, things seemed clearer. With the guidance of my cousin, Haleem Ballou, I was able to dive right in and learn the ropes and making me the man I am today, @realestatehaddaddy. I want the world to know that with time, hard work, persistence, and an honest heart, you can achieve what you desire. From knowing nothing but standardized testing and my way around the University, to educating and transforming lives through real estate, I want the world to know that things don’t happen as quickly as they may see online, but finding success and happiness is attainable. Live every day with purpose and conviction in your craft.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being in Northern California, there’s a lot to do. We’d see the Golden Gate Bridge up in San Francisco. Watch Curry flick one of his free throws in at the Chase Center shortly after and enjoy some of their nachos, maybe a beer. I personally enjoy light beer; I don’t like to feel full off beer. Next day we can walk at Muir Woods National Monument in Marin County. Gorgeous views, fresh air, and nice little exercise. Speaking of exercise, I’d take my bud with me to the gym to get some incline time on the treadmill and throw around some pounds with the free-weights. Great America is a fun attraction we’d go if they a roller coaster junky like me. If we’re talking Summer time, beach days are good days. Driving down the 9 highway towards Santa Cruz and ordering sandwiches at their local shop with a side of chips enjoying the waves crashing and sand between the toes.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Number one supporters always go out to the parents. Brothers coming in hot second with a combination of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
