Hi Lamar, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Trying to balance life & work can be tough. No only physically but mentally exhausting as well specially if you’re not seeing the results you want

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have a story. And I tell it through music. I have a personality & I show it though Music. I want the world to know that even the storm ima survive the weather.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would probably get some Larosas or hooks fish & chicken or Katch the kitchen then hit the otr area Bar hop
