We had the good fortune of connecting with Fabiola Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fabiola, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?

As a clinical hypnotherapist and trauma informed coach with a holistic approach, I can personally attest to the power of certain habits in achieving success. For me, the key factors that have contributed to my own success, and the success of ” South Pasadena Hypnosis ” are having structure, a routine, discipline, and a clear intention.

Having structure and a routine has been instrumental in keeping me focused and organized in my practice. By establishing a daily schedule that includes specific time blocks for client sessions, self-care, and professional development, I have been able to prioritize my goals and ensure a balanced approach to my work. This structure has provided me with a sense of stability and direction, allowing me to effectively support my clients and maintain my own well-being.

Discipline has also played a crucial role in my success as a hypnotherapist and trauma recovery coach. It has required consistent effort and self-control to adhere to ethical guidelines, continue my education, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques. There have been days when I didn’t feel motivated or faced challenges, but my discipline has helped me push through those obstacles and stay committed to providing the best possible care for my clients.

Having a clear intention ” To Help” even if it’s just one person has been a driving force behind my success. Rather than solely focusing on external achievements, my intention has been rooted in a genuine desire to facilitate healing and transformation for individuals who have experienced trauma. This intention has provided me with a sense of purpose and fulfillment, guiding my approach to therapy and coaching. It has allowed me to stay focused on the well-being of my clients and maintain a holistic perspective on success.

In conclusion, the habits of structure, routine, discipline, and a clear intention have been instrumental in my personal success as a Clinical hypnotherapist and trauma informed coach. By incorporating these habits into my daily life and practice, I have been able to provide effective support to my clients, maintain my own well-being, and find fulfillment in my work. These habits have not only contributed to my professional achievements but have also enhanced my overall sense of purpose and satisfaction in helping others heal and thrive.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and trauma-informed coach, I offer a unique approach to healing and personal growth. By combining the power of hypnosis with trauma-informed coaching techniques, I provide a comprehensive and holistic experience for my clients.

Using hypnosis as a therapeutic tool, I tap into the subconscious mind to facilitate positive change. This allows me to address deep-rooted issues and traumas that may be hindering my clients’ progress. By safely exploring and resolving traumatic memories, I help individuals overcome their trauma-related symptoms and find healing.

In addition to my expertise in hypnotherapy, I am also a trauma-informed coach. This means that I have specialized training in understanding and working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients, ensuring that their unique needs and sensitivities are respected throughout the healing process. By integrating trauma-informed techniques and interventions into my coaching sessions, I help clients navigate their trauma-related challenges with compassion and understanding.

My approach is client-centered and holistic. I believe in treating the whole person, taking into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through collaborative work, I tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. By addressing the underlying causes of their challenges and empowering them with practical tools and strategies, I facilitate lasting change and personal growth.
