Meet Rianne Vestuto | Creator of Aura Toning – a movement class to cleanse & bless the waters of your body

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rianne Vestuto and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I created a movement class called Aura Toning, which is a unique workout that helps you transform your energy using movement, water and light.
Each of our workouts is a water blessing – we use movement to cleanse, bless, and harmonize the waters of our bodies to help us radiate intrinsic beauty and strength in our lives.
I really believe in bringing a love-based lens to exercising. Aura Toning is a way to remind us that we are water, which means that we are love. I wanted to create something that not only inspires us to love and respect ourselves, but to love and respect all life. When we can quiet our busy minds and return to our bodies, I believe a lot of healing and peace can take place.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When my loved ones visit, I’ll take them to Woods Cove in Laguna. The water is so sparkly and feels like mermaid heaven. I’ve had the opportunity to swim with the dolphins there, and I think sharing that with someone from out of town would be one of the most special experiences ever.
I would also take my friends to a workshop at Folklore Studio where Kelly curates the most calming, creative, and open-hearted community.
I’ll definitely take my friends to Eco Water House in Dana Point to experience the effects of the living spring water. Their vibe and the care they put into their water is unparalleled. (I’m a self-proclaimed water nerd… could you tell?)
We would also drive up to Topanga and Malibu to play on the beaches there… and a stop at Living Libations in Venice is an absolute must!
Lastly I would absolutely take them to dinner at The Inn of The Seventh Ray in Topanga…a very unforgettable and magical experience that is right up any dreamer’s alley.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My greatest teacher is the water. It is woven into everything I do and is one of the great loves of my life. The Pacific Ocean waters in Hawai’i opened me and blessed me in ways that are almost too special to put into words, and continues to heal me even though I’m not physically there.
I am deeply inspired by Dr Masaru Emoto’s revolutionary work to bring water technology into the science world, as well a Veda Austin’s discoveries of water intelligence. Music is also a major part of my creative process and I want to give a shout out to Holloway, Philip Glass, and Kamal for being major catalysts for transformation in my class and my life.
Last but not least, I have deep respect, love, and appreciation for the teachers that have mentored me along the way. Most prominently Deborah Hanekamp, Jonathan Hammond, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, & Colleen Saidman Yee, who have simultaneously guided me and given me the opportunity to learn by doing.
