Meet Val Cripps | Fckyeah Frequency Artist/Guide/Mentor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Val Cripps and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Val, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I have taken what appeared to be HUGE risks … for ME, it was a path lit up by my intuition and divine knowing, and nothing else was clearly open like the one I was being called to. For others around me, they might see risk, potential to lose, unknowns without “security” and known outcomes. For me, it was obviously what I needed to do, and failure wasn’t part of my understanding, only following the instructions/guidance I felt deeply in my soul.

If I hadn’t have followed my own intuition, I wouldn’t have reached some of the biggest goals in my life that I’ve achieved and make me who I am. And following my knowing means taking risks. It has gotten more tricky to follow these risks now that I am a mom, a single parent sharing custody – I don’t have the freedom to pick and go where I might be called. It does affect how the energy manifests and evolves.

Risks are opportunities and faith has everything to do with how those risks evolve.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art is multidimensional and ENERGIZED. Not only do I bring through visual images with traditional oil paintings, acrylic on canvas, watercolor and drawings, but my art is also through my voice, my frequency transmissions and so much more. It is challenging to explain and share what comes through me, but I’ve never given up or not given time to channel what comes through me. Every month since 2017, I do a Valtopia DROP – these are powerful energy transmissions, breathflows, musical singles packed with frequency and energy healing, lectures and lessons … whatever is guided in the moment, usually tied to the astrological transits.
I am working on many canvases at once, over many years sometimes. My paintings are prophecies and grid healing – when I work on them, portals open that create healing frequencies and alter the dynamic of the collective continuum. Having an original or even a print in your home brings an influx of positive and healing vibrations to your space. Commissioning a piece directly FOR you is even more potent of a way to activate healing and blessings. My voice and presence brings a calm, clear and connected to the divine energy that supports expansion, fresh ideas, new perspectives and helps my clients to scale their business WHILE they regulate their nervous system, feeling safe in their growth and working through sabotage, surrendering to their highest power and directions.

I am passionate & blunt (I will tell you the truth and speak to your wounded self from your HIGHEST self), wise from experience, authentic, warm and loving and vibrant af – nobody does it like me and those who are drawn to me and choose to invest in support (time and/or money) always praise the experience and LOVE the transformation. You get to be more YOU when you work with me in these ways. I LOVE frequency and the blessings we get to work through together.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I LOVE the beach, most especially Venice Beach. We’d begin our days with walks at the beach, some breathwork and fckyeah frequency right there by the water. I love the Mercedes Grill for the tastiest breakfast and latte. I really do love a bike ride along the pathway there, as well.

A hike above the city where you get a view of everything is BLISS!

I love to drive all over the city, and would show my guest the canyons – Temescal canyon, Topanga, all up in the Pacific Palisades and Malibu, also over Sunset and through Hollywood and back up PCH – I just love Los Angeles.

I’m not a club person any more, and I like to be near the coastline, so that would be my choice, though I’ve seen some live jazz around town (Culver city, Pacific Palisades, Marina del Rey) – there’s so much to enjoy!

This year I am grateful to Alessandra Caprice for introducing me to her dynamic breathflow Money Breathwork TM!
