Meet Kristina Oganezz | Artist, painter

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristina Oganezz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kristina, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursue artistic or creative career because of my passion for creativity. A deep passion for creating and expressing myself through different medium. I find joy and fulfillment in the process of making art. I like personal expression in the process of making art. Art allows me to convey my thoughts, emotions, and perspectives in a unique and personal way. It’s a means of self-expression and communication.
And with my last art project I like the Impact and Communication which it created. Artists often use their work to communicate important messages, provoke thought, or raise awareness about social, spiritual, cultural, or political issues.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey as an artist has been a tapestry woven with both the threads of inspiration and the challenges that every artist encounters. What sets me apart in the world of art is my unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and exploring uncharted territories of creativity. I find my greatest pride and excitement in my latest art concept, the ‘preaching exhibition.’ This concept is a culmination of years of introspection, exploration, and a deep desire to not just create art but to also engage in a profound dialogue with my audience. It’s a platform where my art becomes a catalyst for meaningful conversations, a space where emotions are stirred, and perspectives are challenged.
Professionally, the path has not always been easy. Like many artists, I’ve faced moments of self-doubt and financial uncertainty. Yet, these challenges have been instrumental in my growth. They’ve pushed me to innovate, to discover new techniques, and to find creative solutions to the hurdles that have come my way.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way are invaluable. I’ve discovered that perseverance and a true passion for art are the bedrock of any successful artistic journey. I’ve learned to embrace criticism as a means of improvement and to cherish the moments when my art resonates deeply with someone else’s soul.
What I want the world to know about me and my art is that my art is a reflection of the human experience, a mirror to the soul. It’s a bridge that connects hearts and minds, fostering empathy and understanding. Through my ‘preaching exhibition’ concept, I aspire to create a space where art becomes a source of inspiration, healing, and transformation. It’s a journey that invites everyone to explore the depths of their own emotions and beliefs, and I’m excited to continue this artistic exploration with the world.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to the unwavering presence of God in my life. In the tapestry of my journey as an artist, there has been a divine thread that has guided me, nurtured my creativity, and filled my heart with inspiration. It’s through the lens of faith that I’ve seen the world’s beauty and complexity, and it’s in moments of quiet reflection that I’ve found my most profound artistic insights. God has been my ultimate mentor, offering guidance when I needed it most, supporting me through the highs and lows of my creative endeavors, and infusing my work with a deep sense of purpose. In the moments of doubt and uncertainty, it’s the faith that there’s a greater plan that has kept me moving forward, brush in hand, canvas before me.
The support, love, and encouragement I’ve received from the divine presence have been the foundation upon which my artistic journey is built. It’s a recognition that my art is not just a product of my own effort, but also a reflection of the divine inspiration that has graced my life.
In every stroke of my brush, every splash of color, and every piece of art I’ve created, there is a trace of God’s love and guidance. I feel like co-creator! I’m eternally grateful for this divine source of creativity and inspiration that has shaped my artistic path.
