Meet Larissa Decker | Permanent make up artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Larissa Decker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Larissa, how do you think about risk?
As a permanent makeup artist, I understand that risk-taking can play a significant role in both personal and professional growth. Here’s my perspective on risk and its impact on my life and career:
When it comes to risk, I view it as an opportunity for growth and progress. Taking calculated risks allows me to step out of my comfort zone and explore new possibilities. It helps me push boundaries, learn from experiences, and continuously improve my skills as a permanent makeup artist.
In my career, taking risks has been essential. It has allowed me to expand my services, try new techniques, and stay ahead in a competitive industry. By embracing risk, I have been able to innovate and offer unique solutions to my clients, which has ultimately helped me establish a strong reputation in the field.
However, it’s important to note that risk-taking should be approached with careful consideration and planning. It’s crucial to assess the potential rewards and consequences before making decisions. I always strive to strike a balance between taking risks and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of my clients.
Overall, risk-taking has played a pivotal role in my life and career as a permanent makeup artist. It has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, adapt to changing trends, and continuously evolve in an ever-evolving industry.
