Hi CAPRICE, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
8 Yeas ago, I founded Crawford Talents, an International acting Agency based out of Berlin, with the simple goal of helping clients around the globe to make a break in the international film marked.

Crawford Talents prides itself on guiding clients’ of all ages and without any major credits into the right direction.

Landing substantial and leading parts in major projects throughout the globe.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
How did you get to where you are today professionally? Was it easy?

— You might have heard it before, but hard work pays off. Before launched, Agency, I worked three jobs to cover all the cost to start my business and worked day and night on my business. I will spear with the details.
I had no idea where the road will lead me. The only thing I knew, I wanted to help to elevate my clients with different opportunities.

What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.
— Learning by doing is priceless, allow yourself to make mistakes, don’t be afraid to ask many questions.

If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
— An open Chanel of communication is everything, and knowing that you can’t please everyone. If all fails, you have to learn how to let go.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
— I wake up and every morning and look forward to what the day will bring. I call it passion, and if passion allows you to keep a roof over your head and food in the fridge, What better way to start the day the week the years.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Depending on which Season all year around, I will take them to my Local favourite spot Shaniu’s House of Noodles Affordable traditional Shanghainese Style / Authentic Chinese Cuisine with a comfortable atmosphere.

In the Summer /Get Your Sea Legs with a Berlin boat tour, you can get to know a bit of the city and see popular attractions

Love the Garden of the Castel Sanssouci Palace (Schloss Sanssouci) in Potsdam., near Berlin. Built by Prussian King Frederick the Great as his summer palace, it is often counted among the German rivals of Versailles.

For a little refreshment, we would go to a local Biergarten in Central Berlin’s enormous Tiergarten park is not only a lovely destination in its own right; it’s also home to two of the city’s very best Biergärten, each with its own distinct atmosphere
