We had the good fortune of connecting with Lance Guyan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lance, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Other people success as a major part of my business. I’ve made it my life’s work to help others achieve greatness. I knew, from the beginning, that if I could provide a service to help a very large amount of people that my work would speak for itself, and they would tell everyone about their results. If I was constantly giving back and doing more than the next person, they would never forget about me for the rest of their lives.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve been growing cannabis full-time since the age of 19. I believed in the medicine from a very early age, and experienced firsthand how powerful and special it was. I continued to pursue excellence in cultivation. After 15 years of dialing in my Craft I started to focus on educating the public and helping them grow their own medicine. Whether it was personal or recreational facilities. I have leveled up tens of thousands of people. I started www.CraftFarmeracademy.com to save the world from the burden of all the mistakes and losses I had pursuing my career. I also started to engineer and manufacture, key components The industry was lacking that helps you greatly in the grow.. I designed irrigation tools to give you precise irrigation and developed under canopy lights, which at 50% yield and quality to the results your already seeing. I now operate and run licensed cultivation facilities in California, Michigan and soon Nevada. I started my career when it was looked at as a terrible drug, and you were risking full prosecution from the law. Multiple court cases, money laundering charges and asset forfeiture never once giving up my love for this plant. It’s been an absolute incredible journey, and we’re just getting started.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, I’m not spending any extra time in the city I’m going out into the country they’re going to come see me in Santa Rosa we’re going to Lake Sonoma we’re going to montage in Healdsburg and just relaxing and having fun. But working is the most fun that I have!
