Meet Trezana Renae | The Neighborhood Heart Doctor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Trezana Renae and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Trezana, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is my spiritual life. Everything that I do flows from the supernatural that lies within me.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a spiritual Womens development coach by trade but a Womens minister by calling. I both curate and hold space for women to develop in their spiritual life. I believe that everything that we do flows from a supernatural place that lies within us. Depending on the health of your spirit, will determine the outcomes of your life. There are many people doing what I do but I believe what sets me a part is my transparency, vulnerability and my ability to connect with any type of audience, authentically.
I am most proud of my own spiritual development as I have seen how far it’s brought me so quickly within the industry that I am in, I am excited to see the women that I encounter develop and walk out the calling and purposes for their lives.
I got to where I am by being a student even while I teach. I’m not above reproach and I know that I don’t know everything. I’ve sat under other women who have gone before me and I’ve read and listened to countless hours of personal and spiritual development materials. The enrichment that I’ve received have caused a quantum leap type of evolution for me. It was in no way easy. The hard work is the heart work. Renewing ones mind, unlearning, learning and relearning takes a lot of intentionality and devotion.
I’ve overcome those challenges by deciding beforehand that I was going to do the work no matter what it took. When the challenges arose, I’d remind myself of my end goal and that’s to help other women improve their lives, That’s important to me so I kept it at the forefront of my mind for motivation. There were many times that I wanted to throw in the towel and may have a few times but I would always get back in the ring. Your will power can take you further than you know.
I learned along the way that the journey is hard and you may as well get that in your mind. It’s a marathon and surely not a sprint. There will be people along the way to help catapult you to your next if you are on the right path. The provision you need for your journey will make its way to you. You must be responsible for what it’s entrusted to you and prove that you can handle it. There’s always going to be someone that appears to be greater than you, they are not, they are just gifted in ways that you are not and you’re to learn from them, not become envious of them. The road ahead is long, take breaks and often. Resting is an active activity, don’t forsake it or beat yourself up for engaging in it.
What I want the world to know about me is that I’m just a regular woman like everynother woman but who decided to use what’s natural to me and allow God to add His super to it so that I can achieve supernatural things in the earth. His plan is always bigger than the vessel in which He chooses to use and I’m committed to helping Him accomplish that plan through me. I don’t want to leave the earth without evidence that I was here and I did what I was created to do.
I would like the world to know that my brand is cross generational and will exceed my existence here on earth because I truly believe that once a woman have been set free from various things, she has the power to set another woman free. This will cause a domino effect in the earth, allowing our stories to be told for the years and generations to come. These stories will help others continue to overcome.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
