We had the good fortune of connecting with Fee Steinvorth and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fee, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
What was your thought process behind starting your own business? It was less strategic and more organic. I did not think, “I want to start a business; what can I offer.” It was an evolving process from many years of discovery and education in nutrition and mindfulness. It was an evolution of my transformation, becoming something I could share with others to allow people to step into their full potential. My vision for my whole health allowed me to reach this more expansive vision of neo.

Do you have a budget? How do you think about your personal finances and how do you make lifestyle and spending decisions?
I don’t fear money at all. It’s part of our system like anything else. Understanding how to navigate it is crucial–when it’s a good time to let go of it and when it’s time to wait. For me, it is about having a focused, present mind to make the right decisions. Yes, I will spend money on things that make me happy, like a new piece of clothing, but I focus on spending money to serve my long-term goals and values, which often means things that my family and I will genuinely benefit from. Instead of a lovely dress, I always prefer spending money on a workshop centered on nutrition, meditation, and breathwork. I value quality before quantity–one good product over 20 average ones. That’s why Ultimate Foundation holds so much potential. It’s unmatched in its quality and effectiveness. We hear from so many people who are already experiencing a huge difference from what they used before. Investing in your physical, mental, and spiritual health leads to a vibrant life. That is money well spent.

How do you think about risk? What role has taking risks played in your life/career?
I make every decision by having a 100% commitment conversation with myself. You can only expect something to succeed by truly committing to it. With neo, there was no risk because I had been so committed to bringing the product and brand to life for nearly four years. That is why I never saw neo as a risk. It was a positive expression for anyone and everyone ready for change. We want to partner with people who want to transform their lives. NeoNutrition is much bigger than myself. We are more than a product. We are a community, a movement to usher in a new generation of well-being and vibrant living.

Where are you from? How did your background/upbringing impact who you are today?
I grew up in Germany and am lucky to have been born into four generations of wise women and spiritual teachers, including my mother, an Anthroposophic doctor. I felt I was brought up with roots in the most living, fertile soil, inheriting the wisdom that would inspire me decades later to start my journey into Eastern philosophy and practices, branching into other spheres—biography work and practices and social art, nutritional studies, and herbalism. I learned that profound change is possible through education, connectivity, and access to the highest quality ingredients to treat the whole human being. neo was a seed that was planted many, many years earlier. All that came before prepared me for today. As humans, we are made to change, and intention is creation. Transformation is a process that is so rewarding and important. Food is the most direct route to transformation. That is why we start with high-vibrational nutrition through our Ultimate Foundation and Ultimate Beauty.

What is the most important factor behind your success / the success of your brand?
My definition of success for neo is twofold. First, we want to redefine what truly clean, effective supplements should be. That is why we spend so much time making formulas with the most high-vibrational foods on the planet. The higher the vibrational frequency (via the power of sunlight), the higher the lifeforce of the food. That energy becomes part of you. But we are more than a product. So success also means cultivating connection and supporting a community that wants to bring change to their body, mind, and spirit.

What value or principle matters most to you? Why?
It is always helpful to live by a set of values and allow those to influence your decisions and priorities. Family and spending quality time with my children is where it starts. I have an immense compassion for all art and culture, so I share it with my kids. Nothing makes me happier than attending an immersive exhibition or a ballet performance. It grounds me and makes me the happiest.

Work/Life: How has your balance changed over time? How do you think about the balance?
For me, balance is essential and is the root of living a whole, vibrant life. First, I serve my body well with the proper nutrients. Beginning each day with 100% organic, high-vibrational formulas like Ultimate Foundation sets me up for the day with the most high-quality plant ingredients. Right now, I am starting preparations for my next marathon. Because of the training, I have begun taking Ultimate Foundation twice daily: First thing in the morning and later in the day. It contains 52 of the most nutrient-dense foods in the world, all of which strengthen, balance, and harmonize my body, mind, and spirit. The benefits are as holistic as the formula, lowering inflammation and detoxifying, improving gut health and digestion, and boosting immunity and energy.

What is the end goal? Where do you want to be professionally at the end of your career?
My goal is to establish regeneration and transformation for as many people as possible through neo. I want to foster a now where we each step into our most whole, most vibrant health. It sets off a reaction that lifts the health and consciousness of the world around us. I believe in the unique potential of each individual. No matter who you are, you can rise to the fullest. For me, there is no end to a career. I will continue my work as it is part of my identity.
