We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Toodle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important thing behind my success is, that my success is contributed by God, understanding my purpose of service, for I am placed here to help God’s people possess the land.

What should our readers know about your business?
I ‘m a Realtor here in the state of California. I became a realtor in 2019. I didn’t understand my purpose at first. At first I just wanted to help people get there first home. I worked in property management, and I was helping people get there first apartment and/or helping them start over, having a fresh start. So I was excited to help them in that aspect of their life, so when I jumped into Real estate i thought that it would be an easy transition, and it was not, I thought that I would have immediate clients, and it would be a piece of cake, but I had to work hard for my clients to build the repour and trust, but when it got hard I did question God “Is this career really meant for me?” , and every time I questioned it and wanted to walk away I would get clients to help them purchase a house, so I continued on, I was successful with helping them, but I didn’t realize my purpose, and understand my calling for real estate until 2 years ago. I was reading the bible, the book of Joshua, and it was telling the story of how Joshua was Moses’s successor, and he was to help take the Israelites to the promise land. So, in the mist of that I had a colleague who was selling a million-dollar home in elk grove, and I wanted to get video footage to market on my page, so I took my best friend to the home. it was beautiful, I got my footage, and after that we left and went to her house, we were talking outside her home, and we were discussing reading the bible, and in the book of Joshua, he is responsible for giving the families the land, and it listed all these families, and I couldn’t understand why was it a long list of the families, and in that moment, I received my God Moment, Joshua was God’s Realtor, and he was responsible to make sure that the families God had instructed him to give the land too. and in that very moment I realized, the list of families were my clients, and I am God’s Realtor, and it’s my duty to help the people possess the land. So, my purpose and calling is higher than just helping people buy a home, its bigger than that, as they will be able to possess the land, and leave this inheritance to their children’s children.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would eat breakfast at the buttercup restaurant in Vallejo, we would catch the ferry to San Francisco, and walk pier 39, go to Oakland, walk Lake Merrit, enjoy the flea markets, go horseback riding, along the beach at the sea horse ranch in half-moon bay, I love horseback riding, shopping in Napa, we’ll also eat at The Cast Iron restaurant in Suisun, after that head to the Marina Lounge in Suisun as well for good music, good food and dancing, and just hang out with friends and family.
