Choosing art. I grew up watching both of my parents struggle to make art AND a living, so it just turned me off to the whole idea. I tried a lot of things. I was an engineer in the Navy and I spent a lot of time pursuing things that didn’t really feed me. I made the decision to let my creative side take over during the pandemic and film is what stuck.
