Meet Cinthia Quinones | Real estate agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cinthia Quinones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cinthia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
This is actually a combination of things . When I enter the real estate world it was already flooded with agents; so I needed to figure out how to stand out & have people trust me to make some of their most important purchases, sells or investments .. so I came up with first branding and marketing myself that’s where “homesbycinthia “ came to play .. then I started networking with some of the most affluent & powerful people from real estate who had been doing this for decades , under their wings I learned what took others 30 plus years to learn .. I was persistent & consistent with my clients .. showing up & working diligent was the key for me to succeed .. within the first 4 months I was able to close around 8 million dollars in real estate transactions. I continue to work hard very hard & close all my deals with a humble mindset knowing I’m here to give my clients the best possible outcome for their needs & also continue to learn every single day . Looking foward for what the future brings to my business

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Hello, my name is Cinthia Quinones. Although I’ve been in the real estate business for under a year, I have had the privilege of partnering with some of the industry’s top leaders. Leveraging their expertise and combining it with my unwavering commitment to persistence, consistency, and prioritizing my clients’ best interests, I have successfully closed over $8 million in transactions within a short time frame. I am currently managing an additional $5 million in real estate deals. I am dedicated to serving clients throughout California, the U.S., and Mexico. My focus remains on delivering exceptional service, and I am well on track to achieving ICON status this year.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would absolutely say to go to Newport Beach, California
You could start by staying at the pelican Hill
from there to head out and check out Laguna Beach, which is known for its arts
have a little coffee or a cocktail overlooking the ocean
after that head out to Javier ‘s to have a fun night out
And then end up a the quiet woman with live music
