Meet Zoe Nazarian | Actor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zoe Nazarian and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zoe, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Growing up in LA, I was constantly surrounded by creatives and the arts. I became passionate about acting and content creation when I was young and never stopped. The itch to begin pursuing a creative career came very early on for me because of this, as well as the opportunities I had living in the entertainment capital of the world. I feel extremely lucky that I didn’t have to move to the city when I made this decision, as I was already here.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As an actor, I am constantly working towards the next project and next step in my career. Growing up in the entertainment industry has been a mix of blessings and obstacles. The creativity and passion that surround me are truly motivating, yet it comes with its own set of pressures. Rejection being a big one, as not every role I audition for is a role that I book (unfortunately). I constantly have to remind myself that “rejection is redirection.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Being born and raised in Los Angeles has allowed me to experience the city quite differently than people who move here from other places. However, I do love more touristy spots like Disneyland and the Griffith Observatory. I would also plan some time to spend in Malibu, it is such a great area that a lot of people don’t visit when coming to LA.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Massive shoutout to my parents for supporting me and allowing me to pursue creative opportunities. I know many people whose parents forced them to pursue other lines of work when all they wanted was to become an actor or do something in entertainment.
