We had the good fortune of connecting with Karon Cash and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Karon, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
“My thought process behind starting my own business was all about creating opportunities—not just for myself, but for others in the entertainment and fashion industry who often get overlooked. I wanted to build something that reflected my vision, where I could support talent, help them grow, and give them the tools they need to succeed. I saw gaps in how the industry worked, especially for emerging artists and creatives, and knew I could fill those gaps by providing a platform that values authenticity and hard work. It was about taking control, making moves on my terms, and creating a legacy for my family to continue.”

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
“My career’s been all about taking risks and staying true to my vision. From the start, I knew I wanted to create something different in the entertainment and fashion space. What sets me apart is my approach to building real connections—helping talent reach their potential while making sure they always feel supported and heard. I’m most proud of creating Wright Hands Management from the ground up, turning a small idea into a platform where artists, models, and creatives can shine.

It wasn’t easy, though. There were a lot of late nights, setbacks, and times when it felt like nothing was going right. But I kept pushing, learned from every mistake, and surrounded myself with people who believed in the vision. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that perseverance beats everything; you gotta be relentless in your hustle, no matter how tough it gets.

What I want people to know about me and Wright Hands Management is that we’re here to uplift talent and open doors. It’s not just about managing careers; it’s about building futures. We focus on developing fresh faces in the industry, giving them the tools to make their mark in fashion, media, and entertainment. We’re not just another management company; we’re a family, and we’re dedicated to changing the game, one success story at a time.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
“If my best friend was rollin’ through LA, we’d make sure to hit all the spots that show the real vibe of the city. Here’s how I’d lay it out for the week:

Day 1:

• Start with breakfast at The Griddle Cafe for those crazy good pancakes.
• Hit up Runyon Canyon for a morning hike to get the best views of the city.
• Lunch at Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles to taste that LA classic.
• Chill on Venice Beach, check out the street performers, and hit the boardwalk.
• Dinner at Nobu Malibu for some sushi with a view.

Day 2:

• Brunch at Republique – the vibes and the pastries are next level.
• Head to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) to get some culture in.
• Grab some street tacos from a local food truck in downtown LA.
• Drinks at Perch Rooftop Bar, watch the sunset over the skyline.

Day 3:

• Breakfast at Eggslut in Grand Central Market.
• Walk through The Getty Center to see some of the best art and gardens.
• Lunch in Little Tokyo to get some ramen.
• Evening at Hollywood Walk of Fame – yeah, it’s touristy, but you gotta see it.
• Hit up The Comedy Store at night for some laughs.

Day 4:

• Grab some cold brew and pastries at Blue Bottle Coffee.
• Cruise down to Santa Monica Pier, ride the Ferris wheel, vibe out by the ocean.
• Lunch at The Butcher’s Daughter in Venice for that plant-based flavor.
• Spend the afternoon shopping on Rodeo Drive – window shop or ball out.
• Dinner at Catch LA, where the food is fire, and the scene is poppin’.

Day 5:

• Start the day at Urth Caffé with a matcha latte and breakfast burrito.
• Head over to Griffith Observatory, catch some stars and views of the Hollywood sign.
• Grab some late lunch at In-N-Out Burger (Animal Style, of course).
• Hit up a Lakers game at the Crypto.com Arena if they’re playin’. Nothing beats the energy there.
• Drinks and music at The Peppermint Club to end the night right.

Day 6:

• Brunch at Gracias Madre for some vegan Mexican food.
• Spend the day in Malibu, chillin’ at Zuma Beach.
• Stop by Malibu Wines for some tastin’ and sippin’ in the vineyards.
• Dinner at Geoffrey’s Malibu – perfect ocean views to wrap up the day.

Day 7:

• Last breakfast at Toast Bakery Cafe to keep it light.
• Check out The Broad Museum if they’re into contemporary art.
• Lunch in Koreatown for some authentic BBQ.
• Afternoon spent at Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood, people-watching and vibin’.
• End the week with a rooftop party at Mama Shelter in Hollywood.

LA’s got so many dope spots, but this itinerary hits the essentials—good food, good vibes, and unforgettable experiences.”

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
“I wanna give a big shoutout to my good friend, Michael Lombard. He’s been a true inspiration and a force in the fashion industry. Michael’s journey from the music scene to becoming a celebrated fashion designer is a story of dedication and passion. His designs have made waves across the globe, and he’s always been pushing boundaries, bringing creativity to new heights. Michael’s ability to merge different cultural elements into his work and his success in dressing big names like Bebe Rexha and Paula Abdul speak volumes about his talent. He’s not just a designer; he’s a visionary who’s redefined what it means to be at the forefront of fashion. His support and friendship have played a role in my journey, and I’m grateful to have him in my corner.”
