We had the good fortune of connecting with Kittrell Poe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kittrell, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I believe risk plays a huge factor in my career, especially as an artist. As someone who is trying to make their own path in history, I have to bet on myself a lot more than others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started dancing professionally at age 9 in Nashville, Tennessee doing music videos and pop ups on shows that aired on PBS Kids. I booked a job straight out of high school as a cruise ship dancer and stayed with the company until Covid. Once I returned to Nashville, I decided to be an example for the kids in my city who look like me and didn’t have the opportunities that others had and that they could be anything they set their mind to. Ever since then, I’ve moved to Los Angeles and have done amazing things. The road isn’t easy and continues to show me obstacles every day but The Lord says, “if you have the faith of a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you.” I truly live by that.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate my life to my parents, Sabrina and Brandon Williams, and God. Without their support and guidance, I would not be the man I am today. In all aspects.
