We had the good fortune of connecting with Hannah White and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hannah, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was driven by my passion for building meaningful relationships and my background in sports. I’ve always been a determined, go-getter who thrives in sales and marketing, so I knew I had the skills to create something impactful. Observing other agencies, I noticed how transactional the industry could be, which didn’t align with my values. I wanted to offer athletes something beyond contracts—a real support system that cares about them as people, on and off the field. With that mission in mind, I didn’t hesitate to start my own business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my genuine care for people, my passion for sports, my perspective as a woman in the industry, and my dedication to letting others be themselves. My drive, relentless work ethic, and ability to network and connect make me stand out. I’m the hardest worker I know, and I’ve built my business to secure deals for athletes of all levels, not just the superstars, bringing fresh, creative ideas to each partnership.

I’m incredibly proud of the relationships I’ve formed and how I’ve built a respected company from the ground up in a short time. I got here by creating real connections—people invest because they see the value and potential I offer athletes. It hasn’t been easy, especially facing the challenges of being a woman in sports, but I overcome these by taking action, staying confident, and not letting negative opinions influence me. I’m firm in my abilities and don’t take “no” for an answer when it comes to what’s best for my clients.

Along the way, I’ve learned that trust needs to be earned in this industry, as not everyone has genuine intentions. Holding onto my values is essential. I want the world to see me beyond any perceptions—as trustworthy, loyal, fun, intentional, and someone who not only delivers results but is also great to work with.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to a few people who have been instrumental in my journey. First, my mom—she played and coached D1 volleyball, and her dedication to sports shaped me into the athlete I am today. I also owe a lot to a friend who worked in the sports industry before me; she was with me through the ups and downs of building my business, sharing her experience and advice. And finally, a sports agent I trust deeply has been a tremendous guide, offering support and insight as I’ve navigated my career.
