Hi Barbra, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Factor behind my success is having no fear of rejection. My determination provides empowerment to successfully run my business, manage my team and negotiate the best deals for my clients.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What distinguishes me in my professional journey is my unwavering determination and my diverse experience across multiple industries. Beginning my career at the age of 17, I have accumulated valuable experience in the medical sector, the corporate sphere, and strategic management at Bain & Company, all of which have significantly shaped my professional outlook. Upon transitioning into real estate, I adapted to the unique challenges associated with independent work, including time management, resilience in the face of rejection, and the cultivation of client relationships.

I have successfully navigated these challenges by deeply understanding my clients’ needs and prioritizing their interests. My professional brand is centered around patience, comprehensive knowledge of communities, and the ability to identify areas that align with my clients’ specific requirements, such as reputable schools and ideal home locations. I am profoundly dedicated to assisting families in finding their dream homes, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process. It is my priority to educate my clients, protect their legal interests, and guide them in all aspects of their real estate transactions.

With 23 years of experience, I have been honored to be on shows like Million Dollar Listing and to receive numerous Top Producer awards for my achievements in multi-million dollar sales, including the prestigious Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle award in 2024. This accolade is awarded to top-performing agents who meet rigorous criteria for luxury sales volume, client service, and a commitment to professional excellence in real estate. I have persevered to achieve my goals and have been fortunate to work in a field that brings me joy, enabling me to truly love what I do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite hot spots: Marina del Rey for jet-skiing, paddle-boarding, boat rides, biking, and delicious ocean front dining. Then off to Beverly Hills a few days later to taste fine dining at the best rooftop restaurants: Waldorf, The Peninsula, and Maybourne. Did I mention the best shopping on Rodeo Drive? Then end the weekend with a long drive from Sunset Blvd to Brentwood for a quick lunch then end up in Malibu at Nobu for sushi.
