We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessika Fuhrmaneck and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessika, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
In 2020, while everyone was watching tigers on Netflix, I was studying wealth. I was curious about how money would move around the world if many working class people are at home on unemployment. I learned that the rich got a great deal richer, and I discovered most of that money moved from the middle class to billionaires.

I dug a little deeper and discovered there were four industries that were very profitable. Stock investments, real estate, e-commerce, and tech. I asked myself “Jessika, what can you get involved in right away?” and the clear answer was real estate. I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life and I loved the idea of purchasing income earning properties. With my background in entertainment I could turn those properties into functioning studios and content creating spaces, or rentals for artists.

The problem was that I was on unemployment and had no money to buy property. So I found a program that supports women in business, applied for funding, and was able to cover the cost of getting my real estate license and the first year of membership fees. I decided that I would use my commissions to purchase property. I got a salaried position with a team and was off to live a life of success!

Or so I thought… Unfortunately I only had two sales in my first year of real estate and the team ran out of money for my salary. By the time I split my commission with my mentor, firm, and insurance fees only $8,000 was left. I deeply considered quitting. The truth is I might have, but it cost so many hundreds of hours of study and thousands of dollars to get this far that I just couldn’t bear to walk away. So I decided to launch a community to help people like myself, on the wealth building journey, to not feel so alone in this difficult process. Together, I knew we could offer each other strength and a safe place to land.

So on January 4, 2025 I launched the first inaugural event for Create Divine Wealth. An online, and in person community that offers services to help stay strong and focused while we navigate the very daunting task of rising from the middle class to a higher level of wealth. But not just wealth for no reason. Wealth with a purpose. I didn’t get into wealth building to buy cars and yachts. I want to move power and authority around the world to populations that normally would not have access to this level of wealth. Many of the worlds issues can be traced back to lack of financial opportunity. I want to partner with others to create divine wealth and use that wealth to then adjust the power dynamics of the old world. I know it’s a lofty goal but I can’t shake off this dream so I keep taking the next right step toward my goal to build generational wealth.

Truth be told, the biggest gift that I can give to the world is story telling. And I hope to be able to return to writing and acting one day – but right now I am climbing this mountain toward wealth building with my hands and feet holding onto every rock I can reach, all the while getting me one step closer to this dream. I don’t want to do it alone. I want those who feel inspired to build wealth to come on this journey with me. If you feel a constant tap toward wealth building, join us, and together let’s see if we can build a new world filled with authentic, caring, noble millionaires who can bring balance back to a hurting world.

P.S. The Los Angeles wild fires started just 3 days after our first community event. My fellow realtors immediately pivoted to find temporary housing options, clothes, food, and essentials for those who have lost everything. I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this team in this moment in her/history. I applaud all my fellow agents at Luxury Collective for their relentless efforts to fill the gap for our clients in their moment of distress. This type of authentic, meaningful, use of funds was exactly what I dreamed of when I launched this community. LA you have filled my heart with hope and inspiration in ways I never knew was possible. Thank you LA, and thank you Luxury Collective for being a kind and safe place to land during these chaotic times.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am both a business woman and a creative. By nature, I want to paint, and sing, and dance barefoot in the fields. I want to share stories that inspire the world. But I am also a business woman. Wealth building feels like a divine purpose to me and I force myself to step into the investment world even though some days it’s boring or stressful.

I’m most proud of my son. I courageously gave birth to him at a young age when I was at the height of my modeling career. There have been sacrifices and the journey of co-parenting was exceptionally difficult for our family. But now as I watch his career blossoming as an artist and music producer I see the grand purpose of our shared lives. There is no greater accomplishment for me than the opportunity to support him and help him to become all he was meant to be.

I am in the middle of my journey. Still struggling, but edging toward success. I love this season because it allows me a chance to demonstrate pure courage to others in my community who might otherwise have given up. Our firm has many powerful and stunning leaders and they have been an absolute blessing to me.

My journey includes abuse, cancer, divorce, single parenting, and CPTSD. Even one of these would have been hard to overcome while building a business. What I learned along the way was not to try to overcome these situations as if they were obstacles, but rather to embrace them as my friend and teacher and let these stressful situations mold me into the beautiful spirit I have become. We can resist every discomfort or we can grow and become, not just strong, but magnificent. I choose to believe, even on my darkest days, that there is hope. And I strive to share that hope with others so that they too can carry on.

I want the world to know that we are in this together. Millionaire coaches, and programs have their place and I’m grateful for them. But when we see someone at the same level as us building, believing for better, finding solutions, and persevering, only then do we truly see that there is hope for us. Being able to witness someone in the midst of their journey is a powerful and sacred thing and I want to be able to share my experiences authentically to those dreaming of wealth so that they too might have hope to carry on.

Create Divine Wealth is my gift to the wealth building community. A place where we can be authentic and vulnerable. A place where we know we are not alone, and we can find ways to use our wealth to affect positive change in the world around us. If you are pursuing generational wealth building I hope you will join our community @Create.Divine.Wealth on Instagram and YouTube.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my friend was visiting LA from out of town, 100% I would take them to Mt Wilson Observatory or Griffith Park Observatory. The views of the city from high in the sky are the most divine and inspiring.

I would then take them to Thai Town to have pineapple curry shrimp and chicken satay at Sanamluang Cafe. Curry is sent directly from heaven and I could not survive without it! The peanut sauce is perfection, and the cucumber salad has just a little kick of jalapeño. This is by far the best Thai restaurant in Los Angeles.

After that I normally would take them to Malibu to have drinks at Moonshadows and watch the waves sprinkle saltwater in our drinks as we laugh the night away. I mourn the loss of so many landmarks in LA to the fires. My heart breaks, but the memories will forever be with us.

Since Moonshadows is no longer an option I would drive them down the long windy Sunset Blvd until we reach Will Rogers state beach. From there we would watch the sunset and let them breath in the salt air and beauty of the Pacific.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would have to attribute my success so far to The Change Reaction for providing me monthly stipends and covering the cost of some of my education. My pastor Dr Michael Beckwith of Agape International Spiritual Center in Beverly Hills for providing me a safe space to refuel every Sunday and keep my mind and spirit strong. And our firm’s founder Eric Delgado for continuing to believe in me and invest in me. When hundreds of agents were vying for your attention you still made time to meet with me and structure a path for success. Thank you all for supporting me and rooting for me.

I would also like to thank my coach Nina Ickes for being with me on this journey for the last 3 years and helping me to navigate business as a woman in a male dominated environment. Her ability to help me hold onto grace and my femininity is priceless. If you’re a woman in business I highly recommend you follow her @Way_Of_Grace.

My son Damian who continues to believe in me and provide words of encouragement and vision even on the darkest days. He is a wise soul and I am excited to watch his career unfold. You can follow his journey of creating profound and inspiring music @DamianMalikMusic on all platforms.

It’s so important to reach out to organizations and potential grants to get you from where you are to where you want to be. We can not succeed on our own. And once we have succeeded it’s crucial to offer a hand back to those who are on their journey to living a prosperous and purposeful life.
