We had the good fortune of connecting with La’montica Burger and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi La’Montica, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
As a mom of 4 boys I feel that the most impactful thing I have done and currently doing is be a woman of god. Nurturing and making things whole within our home while simultaneously ruining multiple businesses. These things well round my children (young men) allowing them to see that it’s okay to be or be with someone that is multifaceted, successful & independent but remain meek humble and obedient. With that only great things will come.

Overall the only things that matter are your relationship with the most high, fulfilling your calling and taking care of the family you created.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the owner and founder of three businesses. The first being HouseOfXin, a clothing brand dedicated to creating unique sustainable staple pieces from whole fabrics, including 100% cotton linen, silk or wool. The second is Ella’s Angels – Cleaning & Home Care Services, a 4th generation cleaning company created to honor the backbone of our the Burger family my great grandmother EllaMae. Servicing commercial & residential homes and offices we have helped many working class as well as celebrities managing to expand our reach to the Midwest alongside of the West Coast. Last but not least is The Sloppy Vegann, a brand new concept of vegan fast food where we re-create your classic comfort food cravings. Including, but not limited to the Philly cheesesteak, supreme pizzas, fried pickles, and much more.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m not much of a partier so I would most likely take my guests to somewhere really nice to eat. Preferably Cara Cara in downtown LA the food is exquisite. It’s not super expensive and the view from the rooftop is amazing.

I’m from the country and most of my friends enjoy country adventures like I do, we would definitely have to take a hike to the Hollywood sign for pictures The rest of the time would be spent at the beach, thrifting hauls in Beverly Hills and on and of course shopping at the Slauson mall where you can get the best gold and sneaker deals known to man.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate the shout out to my mommy. That woman has been there through literally everything she has never missed anything that I have been a part of always supporting my every interest in hobby to the fullest. She recently flew to California to be with my children and I as well as attend my 2025 preview fashion show. When I’m not able to have her physically, I know she’s only a whisper away. without her, there would be no me or any of the success and for that I am forever grateful and blessed to have her!
