We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeffrey Fallen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeffrey, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Throughout my entire life i have always felt “different”. Not in a good way at all but just questioning everything and felt trapped or something inside of me burning not knowing what it was. I can recall hearing certain artist i could relate to. The angst, the message or just energy from the guitars bass drums etc. Ive been told I’ve always been kinda angry and in a rush ever since i could show emotion. When i picked up the guitar everything changed for me. I found my outlet. My chanel and my inner voice. Weirdly and till this day cooking makes me feel the same lol. If i wasn’t a musician i would for sure be a chef.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My current and most prioritized project is my band Final Fall. What set this vision apart is almost not thinking too much and just channeling what i feel say or really do. Especially when it comes to metal. Too many gatekeepers at this moment in time which makes me even more inspired to push the boundaries and kinda expect people to question it. The biggest message or meaning of Final Fall is belonging and knowing you’re not alone in anything this life has to throw you. Even when you’re down and fell its your “Final Fall” (Pun intended) it really isn’t and that’s your moment with or without people and support to just fucking get up and do it and keep going

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
To me if i have any friends in the area first we start off in the studio. Listen to some tracks everything ranging from hip hop to some of the heaviest tracks or current singles I’ve been working on while having a few drinks. After that we head to lunch if they insist on being hungry. I take the crew to my favorite burger spot called Big Fat in Reseda. After that we may or may not hit up universal studios get some fun time in and away from any press and enjoy a few more drinks. After that we head on over to Hollywood and settle down at the Rainbow Bar and Grill and close the night out. Eventually ending back here at Fallen Studios.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Honestly its a hard question to answer. The main and obvious answer is my immediate family and friends for support. The structure and work ethic has been embedded in me from my parents since day one. While i try and navigate and cement my career in the music industry i also have to give a shout out to myself for not giving up through all the challenges of what music and creativity brings when you have to rely on others for the same effort dedication and support. Not giving up for the love of what i do is a gift and blessing within itself. As i type this in my new studio i really do give thanks and a shoutout to my team and current musicians and fellow childhood friends and band mates.
