We had the good fortune of connecting with Beatrice Hernandez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Beatrice, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my real estate business was driven by my passion for curating exceptional experiences and connecting people with their dream homes and investments. Coming from a background in both the entertainment industry and luxury wellness, I’ve always understood the value of presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building—qualities that naturally translate into real estate.

Partnering with Laura Kalb and Hilton & Hyland provided the perfect platform to merge my expertise in high-end markets with my dedication to personalized service. I wanted to create a business that not only helps clients buy and sell homes but also educates and empowers them to make the best investments for their future. Real estate is more than transactions; it’s about lifestyle, vision, and trust, and that’s what I aim to bring to every deal.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a unique blend of luxury real estate, beauty, and wellness, all centered around curating exceptional experiences. As a real estate agent with Hilton & Hyland and Forbes Global Properties, I specialize in high-end properties and strategic investments, helping clients navigate the competitive luxury market with confidence and ease. At the same time, I’m deeply involved in the world of aesthetics, working with ARA Med Spa in Beverly Hills while pursuing my esthetician license with the goal of expanding the business internationally.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge these industries seamlessly. Whether I’m guiding a client through a multimillion-dollar home purchase or creating an exclusive wellness event at ARA Med Spa, my approach is rooted in personalized service, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle. My background in the entertainment industry has also given me a keen eye for presentation, marketing, and storytelling—skills that have been invaluable in both real estate and beauty.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. Like any entrepreneur, I’ve faced setbacks, rejections, and moments of uncertainty. But I’ve learned that persistence, adaptability, and surrounding yourself with the right people are key to growth. I’ve embraced every challenge as a learning opportunity, whether it was navigating a tough real estate deal, balancing multiple careers, or pushing through industry barriers as a Latina businesswoman.

What I want the world to know is that my brand is built on authenticity, excellence, and a commitment to helping others elevate their lives—whether it’s through finding their dream home, investing in self-care, or connecting with a like-minded community. My journey is still unfolding, and I’m excited for what’s ahead!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Success is never a solo journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have guided, supported, and inspired me along the way. First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Laura Kalb and Hilton & Hyland for welcoming me into an elite network of top-tier real estate professionals. Laura’s mentorship and insight have been invaluable in shaping my approach to luxury real estate and client service.

I also want to recognize my team at ARA Med Spa, where I’ve been able to merge my passion for beauty and wellness with my entrepreneurial spirit. The collaboration and community there have fueled my drive to expand the business internationally while also balancing my real estate career.

Additionally, my journey as an actress has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of storytelling—lessons that continue to shape how I connect with clients and navigate the ever-evolving real estate market.

Lastly, I have to give love and appreciation to my family, friends, and professional mentors who have encouraged me every step of the way. Their belief in me has been a driving force behind my success, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
