Hi Dina, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is my unwavering motivation. It fuels my drive to continuously pursue and challenge myself, never backing down from difficult opportunities. While having a great idea and talent are crucial, it’s the passion that comes from within that truly strengthens the foundation of a business. I see each event as special in its own way, and as a designer, I thrive on pushing my creative limits to craft unique experiences.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Arcave Room was created from my vision of the ultimate hangout spot for kids—a place to play games without feeling too childish. My concept was inspired by a blend of a man cave and an arcade, which led to the name Arcave Room! I wanted to design a space with a cool, glowing lounge ambiance, graffiti-covered walls, and a mix of retro and modern games that appeal to all age groups.

In 2018, Arcave Room was born! Today, we are the ultimate private arcade venue, hosting all types of events, including birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs, music video shoots, photo shoots, and more. The moment guests step inside, they’re transported back to a nostalgic era, creating special moments as they reminisce and share their favorite gaming memories with their kids.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My two ideal travel destinations are Santa Barbara and Palm Springs—I love a great ambiance, the beach, the desert, and most of all, the sun! Sunshine instantly lifts my mood. My perfect day would include a nice lunch, followed by a walk or bike ride with my family. Honestly, nothing beats quality time spent with my kids, husband, and loved ones—it’s what makes every trip truly special.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a special shoutout to my husband for believing in my vision and helping me bring my dream business to life. His behind-the-scenes support—from advertising and web design to his deep knowledge of the gaming industry—has been invaluable. None of this would be possible without his dedication and trust. Building a successful business truly takes a team, and I’m grateful to have him by my side.
