Meet Delilah Doom

We had the good fortune of connecting with Delilah Doom and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Delilah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started watching wrestling when I was about ten. I fell in love with the theatrics and athleticism of the sport. Ever since, I wanted to be a professional wrestler. I never knew that when I started training to be a professional wrestler it would essentially be the start of my own brand, my own business.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As Delilah Doom, I always strive to stand out in the wrestling world, and my art—my style in the ring—is something I’m constantly improving and honing. As Delilah Doom, I’m your local 1980’s aerobic instructor ready to get pulses up and make people sweat. What sets me apart is I’m small in size with a big heart and always the under dog, but I never give up because “DOOMIES never say ‘die’!”.
Over the past eleven years I have been able to accomplish major goals of mine. From wrestling for WWE twice on live tv, to being a trios champion of a major all women’s company WOW. What I’m most proud of, however, is breaking barriers and making Southern California wrestling history. I proudly carry a few “first evers”, my fondest being the first woman to hold a championship for Santino Bros. Wrestling.
Getting to where I am today was in no way easy. Pro wrestling isn’t for the weak. You have to be thick skinned and strong willed. There have been plenty of hard days, injuries, setbacks, and moments where I questioned myself, but it’s that resilience that helped me push through.
I have learned that success isn’t just about the wins—it’s about showing up every day, giving it your all, and never backing down from a challenge, in or out of a ring.
When I step through those ropes, it’s not just about the wrestling. It’s about creating a feeling. I’ve been told my energy is infectious, and I really love that! I want my story to inspire others, especially young women, to chase their dreams and not let anyone or anything hold them back.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d start the week off by showing them Pasadena, which is one of my favourite cities. We’d grab a pint at Lucky Baldwin’s, and perhaps head over to Moonlight Rollaway for open skate. I’d love to show them a comedy night at Laugh Factory, or grab an ice cream cone from Fosselman’s in Alhambra. Thursday, we’d go down to Azusa and catch a Santino Bros. Wrestling show, and end the week in Long Beach for the flea market and Grill Em All!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Thank you to all my coaches-past and present, Santino Bros., my amazing husband Elijah, and my supportive family and best friends. Thanks for always believing in me!
