Hi Nabila, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born in Florida, but at the age of four, my family moved to Germany, where I was raised and completed my education. Growing up in a multicultural household—my father being German and my mother Bolivian—gave me a deep appreciation for different cultures, languages, and perspectives. This diverse upbringing shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life, which is invaluable in the luxury real estate industry.

At the end of December 2020, I moved back to the United States, a transition that reinforced my adaptability and ambition. My international background has given me fluency in multiple languages and a deep understanding of global markets, which allows me to work seamlessly with international clients. These experiences have played a crucial role in shaping who I am today, giving me the confidence, cultural awareness, and relationship-building skills needed to excel in high-end real estate.

I specialize in luxury real estate, connecting discerning buyers with exclusive, high-end properties across global markets including Los Angeles, Monaco, Mexico, and Dubai. With a robust background in loan consulting, I bring a strategic and innovative approach to every transaction. Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, I bridge cultures and build enduring relationships—viewing each client connection as a journey, not just a one-time transaction.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Los Angeles, I’d make sure they experienced the best of the city in terms of luxury, culture, and exclusivity. We’d start with brunch at The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, an iconic spot to kick off an unforgettable trip. Afterward, we’d explore the beauty of Beverly Gardens Park and take in the iconic Beverly Hills scenery.

For shopping, we’d head to Rodeo Drive, where we’d explore luxury boutiques, and then take a scenic drive through Hollywood Hills, with a stop at the Hollywood Sign for that picture-perfect view.

For lunch, Nobu Malibu would be the ideal spot, offering incredible ocean views and world-class dining. In the afternoon, we could stroll along Malibu Pier and spend time relaxing by the beach. For dinner, Catch LA in West Hollywood offers a chic setting and exceptional cuisine, and we’d end the night with drinks at The Rooftop at The Edition, with breathtaking views of the city skyline.

We could visit The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) for a touch of culture, enjoying the iconic Urban Light installation and its diverse exhibitions. For a more exclusive experience, we’d unwind at Soho House West Hollywood, or head to The Sunset Tower Hotel, both offering a sophisticated atmosphere.

To wrap up the week, a private yacht charter along Marina del Rey would offer the perfect way to enjoy the sunset and take in the stunning coastline view

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my family, especially on my father’s side, where a strong legacy in architecture and civil engineering has shaped my path. My grandfather and great-grandfather made significant contributions to the development of Gerlingen, Germany, my hometown, where their work continues to be highly respected today. Their achievements and values instilled in me a drive for excellence and a deep appreciation for well-designed spaces.

My father, a successful architect, civil engineer, and entrepreneur, also embraced the American dream. He moved to the United States, earned his license here, and established his investment firm both in the U.S. and Germany. Because of him, I was born in America and am proud to be an American citizen. His success and vision have always inspired me, and I feel honored to step into his footsteps, continuing a legacy of hard work, ambition, and excellence.

Additionally, “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill is a book I read that profoundly impacted my mindset and approach to success. The principles of the book, especially the power of visualization and persistence, have been instrumental in guiding my journey into luxury real estate.

While I have carved my own path, I recognize the invaluable influence of these people, principles, and experiences that have shaped my approach to both business and life. I believe success is deeply rooted in the support and guidance of others, and I am grateful for the role they have played in my journey.
