Meet Diana Rinatovna

We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Rinatovna and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Diana, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting Go Fit Journey was driven by my passion for fitness, wellness, and empowering women to embrace their full potential. I wanted to create a space where women could connect on a deeper level, not just through fitness but in all areas of life. It was about building a community that nurtures emotional, mental, and physical growth.
I’ve always found joy in traveling and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I realized the power of bringing women together from all walks of life to share experiences, form bonds, and support each other. Go Fit Journey became my way of connecting women across the country through fitness challenges, wellness events, and shared adventures, creating an opportunity for them to explore new places and deepen their connections with themselves and others.
My goal was to create a safe space where women could step into their authentic selves, share openly, and grow together. It wasn’t about offering just another fitness tours; it was about fostering an environment where women could discover self-love, find joy, and be encouraged to challenge themselves. Each trip, every new friendship, and every shared moment added to the spirit of community that has become the core of Go Fit Journey.
The most fulfilling part has been seeing women support each other, share their journeys, and grow stronger together—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s about creating a space where women feel valued, heard, and inspired to become the best versions of themselves. I’m excited to keep expanding this community, offering women the chance to connect, grow, and create lasting bonds on their wellness journey.

What should our readers know about your business?
Go Fit Journey is not just a fitness movement—it’s a transformative experience designed to empower women to prioritize their well-being and build deep, meaningful connections. Our uniqueness lies in our holistic approach, blending physical fitness with mental clarity and emotional strength. We believe true transformation occurs when every aspect of life is aligned, and our mission is to inspire women to live lives that are not just healthier, but richer and more fulfilling.
What excites me the most is the powerful community we’ve created. The women who join Go Fit Journey are more than participants; they are integral members of a nurturing network that constantly motivates, uplifts, and strengthens one another. It’s incredibly rewarding to see this community evolve and witness the profound impact it has on their lives—each transformation is a shared victory.
The journey to get here has been far from simple. Building this business has demanded resilience, creativity, and countless hours of hard work. Along the way, I’ve faced challenges that have tested my resolve, but each one has been a stepping stone to growth. Through consistency, staying true to my vision, and embracing setbacks as learning opportunities, I’ve become more equipped to lead this journey.
What I want the world to understand about Go Fit Journey is that it’s more than a fitness; it’s a sanctuary for women to grow in every area of their lives. It’s a space where connection and personal growth go hand in hand—where women not only challenge themselves physically but also nurture their emotional and mental well-being. I’m excited for what’s ahead and the incredible women who continue to make this journey truly transformative.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to a few key influences in my life that have shaped who I am today. First, to my ex-husband, I am incredibly grateful for the role he played in my journey. Despite the challenges, his support during pivotal moments gave me the strength and clarity to move forward with confidence.
I’m also deeply thankful for the books that have expanded my mindset and inspired my growth. Whether it’s personal development, business, or wellness, these books have been a constant source of guidance, helping me find direction and clarity at every turn.
Meditation and yoga have been transformative practices that have kept me grounded and centered. They’ve allowed me to reconnect with myself, clear my mind, and stay focused on my goals, especially during difficult times.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my friends and family. Their love, encouragement, and belief in me have been the backbone of my journey. They’ve been there through thick and thin, offering wisdom, laughter, and a sense of belonging that I cherish every day.
All of these influences—people, knowledge, and practices—have been fundamental in shaping my path and helping me build Go Fit Journey. I’m beyond grateful for each of them, as they’ve all played an integral part in this journey.
