We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan Mirabella and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
To be completely independent and never to work for anyone ever again

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What truly distinguishes me as a breathing instructor is my focus on progressive hormetic adaptations that foster healing within the parasympathetic nervous system. I’m immensely proud to have helped over 1,000 students transform their minds, bodies, and souls. My own journey to achieving this success involved not just teaching, but living the methods I advocate, overcoming challenges like severe sinus issues, chronic joint pain, and insomnia after 25 years of struggle.

The path wasn’t easy; it was marked by trials that became sources of wisdom. These experiences honed my ability to empathize with others facing similar obstacles, allowing me to offer comfort and guidance. I’m passionate about sharing the invaluable lessons that ushered personal healing, so others can also experience restoration of health, even when dealing with depleted nervous systems.

I want the world to know that proven brain and breathing exercises exist to safely balance the nervous system, leading to extraordinary health. My story is a testament to how these practices can enhance well-being and I am dedicated to making these transformative techniques accessible to everyone.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Living in Manhattan means being wrapped in constant energy, but to escape the hustle, I have the perfect spots. While Central Park is iconic, its crowds can be overwhelming. Instead, I guide my friends to Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, a serene oasis that’s actually part of the ancient forest that once covered the borough.

For a dash of vintage New York excitement, our adventure continues to Coney Island. We dive into the thrills of Luna Park, capturing the nostalgic allure of the city’s golden era. It’s a journey through both natural beauty and historic charm, offering a taste of New York like no other.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
