Meet FACETAT Sauce & Deja | Rockstars

We had the good fortune of connecting with FACETAT Sauce & Deja and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi FACETAT, why did you pursue a creative career?
Because the world don’t make sense unless we bend it to reflect our truths. FACETAT was born from the chaos — a rebellion against silence, conformity, and playing small. We didn’t choose art to entertain. We chose it to expose, to heal, to scream when we weren’t allowed to speak. Music, fashion, and visuals became our weapons. Creativity saved us from self-destruction and gave us a language for the rage, the love, the lust, and the scars. We do this for the misfits, the beautiful disasters, and the ones too loud for their childhood homes. This ain’t a career — it’s warpaint.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Our art isn’t for algorithms — it’s for the ones who feel too much.
FACETAT is more than a music group — it’s a movement. A rebellion wrapped in rhythm. We fuse punk, rage, and soul with raw storytelling because we’re not here to be digestible. We’re here to be unforgettable. What sets us apart is that we live this — every scar, every heartbreak, every high, every riot — it’s all in the music and the visuals. We don’t chase trends; we set the tone.
Getting here wasn’t easy. We’ve faced fake friends, industry snakes, broke nights, and broken trust. But every challenge carved out more truth in the sound. What kept us going was the vision: to be a voice for the wild, the weird, the ones who’ve been told to sit down and shut up. FACETAT says stand up and scream louder.
We want the world to know this: we’re not here to fit in — we’re here to blow the hinges off the door. Welcome to the era of Rage ’n B.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
You come to Boston with FACETAT? We start at Fenway — Sox game, beers, yelling like locals. Then it’s Bruce Springsteen live, sweating through our shirts, screaming every word. We catch a rock show at The Middle East, then end up in an Allston basement — graffiti on the walls, speakers bleeding, someone’s making out in the laundry room. That’s the vibe. That’s the city. No itinerary — just energy. FACETAT energy.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To Julia — the soul who kept the light on when everything went dark. To the bandmates who showed up in the chaos, not for fame but for the fire. To our ancestors, whose blood runs loud in our drums and louder in our defiance. And to every beautiful degenerate who ever felt too much, loved too hard, or dreamed too big — this is yours too. We ain’t just creating music; we’re building sanctuary. FACETAT wouldn’t exist without the ones who believed when there was nothing to believe in but us.
