Over time, my approach to work-life balance has evolved significantly. As an entrepreneur, I used to push through without true rest, often suppressing stress that didn’t feel like “normal” stress until it began to affect me deeply. Now, I’m intentional about taking time off,especially on Mondays, and I prioritize moments with my family. While there’s no set schedule in my line of work, I’ve learned that creating space for rest and personal time is not just important, it’s necessary.
