We had the good fortune of connecting with Evan Ware and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Evan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I heard a quote one day , one of my favorite quotes said by Dwayne the rock Johnson he said: if you do something you love it will never feel like work. So at that point me being in college for about 3 years nothing I loved came to mind it all just felt like I was working towards my unhappiness until I saw a YouTuber doing reaction videos and at that moment I said, I wanna do that and everyday since I started this journey I’ve been in love with it yes it has it has its difficulties , but i finally found something that I love doing and it doesn’t feel like work.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a YouTuber and before I found my niche I was doing vlogs in my city Starkville, Mississippi after a while when I wasn’t getting the views or the support that I thought I was gonna get and I was having a lot of technical difficulties with my equipment in my videos I soon became frustrated and I quit for about three months and then, at that point in time, I had a dream that I believe was sent to me from God and the dream basically told me to try again but there was only one problem. I didn’t know where to start so the intro to my YouTube channel says that what to expect for my channel is vlogs , challenges and reactions and at that point in time I had not ever tried reaction so I gave it a shot once I tried it. Nothing could’ve prepared me for what I saw the first song that me and my buddies reacted to was Gunna “ fuck you mean” and I never expected for that video now in 2025 to be sitting at 31,000 views my first ever reaction video so at that point in time I knew music reactions was for me and honestly, even after that I still didn’t quite understand what I was doing at that point I was just reacting to any song or anything that I can get my hands on but one night I was on TikTok and I seen this AI rapper by the name of Glorb and I thought to myself well that looks like something fun that I could do I like the content so I’ll react to it and once I reacted to that it literally changed my life during that time I wasn’t even monetized, but within four weeks to a month after I started reacting to AI rappers and AI music I became monetized shortly after so now with the AI wraps and more modern day music under my belt I’ve created a healthy balance on my channel a steady flow if you will, that’s always keeping my name in the mix and always pushing me forward and the most important thing. I always have a great time and have fun and I love doing what I do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live in a college town right in the middle of my city is the home of the Mississippi State bulldogs and tbh if it wasn’t for the school I don’t think there would be anything at all to do here, but there is a place I’ve always went of course after turning 21 was a spot on Main Street called cotton district were there seemed to be some sort of middle grounds where the local people from Starkville and the college students all met in the middle and had a great time together I’ve always love seeing the two worlds come together and mixing mingling and I’m a people person so I love meeting new people I love talking to new people and interacting with new people and this was always the place that provided me a means to do so, and everyone that I always brought with me or came to visit or wanted to hang out we had the time of our lives in this middle grounds by the name of cotton district there’s food drinks and a little side window that always would sell chicken tenders and fries and the line would be wrapped around the building just for chicken tenders and fries. I didn’t understand it at first until I tried it myself now I’m the one waiting in line for 30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries lol. And if all else failed me being from the country, I would be quick to get on my four wheeler and take a trip to the countryside and ride around for hours until the sun went down and maybe even a little after that, by the time day three came around I think everyone was pretty much ready to go.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m a man of faith and the one who deserves all the credit behind this is God because this dream this faith walk and belief that I can do something nobody else in my family has even heard of or dreamed of doing there is noway I would have the strength to walk this path without him leading me every step of the way.
