Hi Suzi, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
At OC Newborn Nanny, I support families during life’s most precious – and challenging – moments. By providing expert newborn care, guidance, and reasurance, I help parents feel confident, reduce stess, provide babies the best start in life, and support toddlers through their milestone development of autonomy. In doing so, I help strengthen families, and build caring, connected community.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Honestely, it comes down to more than just experience. Yes, I have decades of hands on knowlege and extensive training but what really makes my services different is reliability, professional ethics, and my passion to provide meaningful value to the families I support.

When I come into a home, I’m not just there to care for your child – I’m there to support you as parents. I know how overwhelming those newborn days and toddler potty-training stage can feel, and my goal is to bring calm, reassurance, and balance back into your home.

I take time to understand your family’s unique needs, your routines, and your parenting style. There’s no “cookie-cutter” approch – I tailor everything to what works best for each family. And wheather I’m helping your newborn settle through the night or guiding your toddler through potty training challenges, I focus on making things easier, gentler, and less stressful for the whole family.

At the end of the day, what sets OC Newborn Nanny apart is this: I see myself as part of your village. Someone you can trust, lean on, and breath a little easier with- because no parent should feel like they have to do it alone.

A huge shoutout to my husband as we celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! He truley is the better half of our partnership and the reason I can maintain a healthy work-life balance while running OC Newborn Nanny. His love and support remind me every day how important it is for families to lean on each other. Just like in parenting, having a strong partner makes all the difference.

Running a buisness I love is easy when I have the support from my family to allow me to pour my energy into helping other families. I know firsthand how important it is to have someone to lean on. I’m also reminded of how much stronger we are when we have a partner in life who belives in us, cheers us on, and shares our ups and downs. That’s the same spirit I bring into OC Newborn Nanny: being part of others support system, their “village,” so they don’t have to do it alone.
