Meet Harry Lopez: Latinx Transformation Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Harry Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Harry, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
I’m genuinely inspired by kindness. I have fallen in love with humans that are deeply kind-hearted and intrinsically good. I’m inspired by the mystery of life and the depth of the human experience. I’ve spent the majority of my life seeking to understand why humans operate the way they do. My findings have further perplexed me as I realize we are such intricate and unconventional beings. What I know to be certain, however, is that we are all yearning for love.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My name is Harry Lopez (he/him) and I am a Latinx high performance coach for leaders and entrepreneurs of color within and outside of corporate america. I have coached and consulted hundreds of leaders at companies like Google, Netflix, Youtube, Airbnb, Amazon, and Facebook. My clients are high achieving leaders of color in their respective fields. My work aims to support them in shattering the glass ceiling for what they imagined possible in their lives – personally and professionally. Rooted in the fundamentals of deep transformation, healing, results, mindset and consciousness, my framework seeks to dramatically reprogram conscious and unconscious blocks standing in the way of my clients’ success. I am also the Founder of “Launch Latinx”, a mindset and business coaching accelerator program that champions extraordinary latino visionaries and coaches to access their limitless potential in an intensive 12 week program. Launch Latinx seeks to help talented, ambitious Latinos leaders, who have felt left out of the table or have felt like they needed to hide or conceal parts of themselves, overcome their greatest fears, deepen in their consciousness and self-worth, and create the life and business they have always imagined possible for themselves. Mindset work has been the single greatest thing that has helped me grow my business. In short – clearing blocks that were standing in my way so that I could fully get out of my own way and allow what wanted to be created to come into fruition. Training my mind in abundance consciousness coupled with being part of multiple conscious communities (masterminds) of men + women, both as a leader and student, in which I had the opportunity to be called forward in my greatness, stretch out of my comfort zone, and lean on other entrepreneurs for support during the highest of highs and lowest of lows was the best thing I’ve done for myself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love the trendy/hipster areas in Silverlake. I would take them all around Silverlake to the park and to the coffee shops and taco trucks. I’d then spend time in Venice by the Venice Canals and then go shopping at the stores. I’d then get away to a nice scenic hiking location. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
