“Today I will not stress over things I can’t control” This is my favorite quote because for many years I was affected by many things and when I felt frustrated I felt my stomach boil from the anger I felt. Over time I understood that what was the reason I got angry about things I couldn’t control? That anger only affected my physical and emotional health and little by little I began to recognize and feel my emotions and wonder why I feel the way I do.
