We had the good fortune of connecting with A.D.H.D. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi A.D.H.D., what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When i was younger i had been told there were a few things you needed to succeed in life: a diploma, a safe job, a car, a house etc. And of course these things are true, but only if the passion is there. I never really knew what i wanted out of life, especially after my father had passed away. He was a professional pianist (Glenn Corneille), and music was always there in our life.

After trying multiple jobs & studies, my younger brother Nathan/ Gift beats (whom is a producer and mix master engineer now) and I, decided to try and do something we truly loved despite the risks (music is after all a very difficult branche to make good money in).

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others is that i am, and try to be: Me. And there is no-one like me. What i’m most proud of is my positive mindset, something you should definitely have trying to do anything. It will make life more enjoyable in general, as give you power to persevere in combination with determination.

Well i’m far from where i would like to be professionally, but i always remember where i started. Being an artist comes with a lot of ups and downs. In the downs remember where you were a few years back, and how you would wonna be where you are right now!

Overcoming challenges: Have good people behind you who can give you a push when needed. Stay positive, remember why you do what you do, and hold on to that energy!

If i could share one thing, i would want the world to know about my brand and story, that would be as a personi’m always trying to grow and develop. Spiritually, mentally, physically. I write to understand, if that at all sounds interesting i would say check out my music on spotify 😉 A.D.H.D. (don’t forget the dots)!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This question is super difficult as there are too many people to name and i don’t want to leave anyone out! I have received inspiration and guidance from, friends, family members, other artists, random people i came across.

But the most important onces are:
Chantal Nijssen, Nathan Corneille, Glenn Corneille, Big J : Lil Change, Kojo, Donpeso, hmlss, Adem, Stillevisie, Tendo the Creator, Bando Beats, Geezzay, Zoe, Calafiaa, Eli Demillion, Lance Vance, Asura Wvlf, Skoda, Meral, Kingrai, Mijourdi, Ruwhel, Dripple6, Qthemarker, Sideshowanti, Mungos, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, Mac Miller, Mick Jenkins, Joey Badass, Tupac, etc.

Sorry anyone who i forgot to mention, i’m doing this at 09:00 in the morning, and definitely not at my sharpest right now.
