Hi Aayush, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
My work makes me really happy as i chose to be an actor, i chose this career for myself and whenever I’am shooting be it something big or small i just love being on sets and working, also apart from my work spending time with my family and my close friends makes me happy, I’am a very joyful person so i love making people around me smile and when i see I’am the reason they are smiling and having a good time that feeling makes me happy.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Acting is something i really enjoy, i love being in front of the camera the opportunity of playing of being so many character portraying so many emotions is truly amazing. I still remember when i was a kid i always use to admire the life of an actor the fame the money the feeling of being someone who’s loved & admired by so many people, that was one thing which inspired me for being an Actor. As an Actor One thing that sets me apart is my commitment to authenticity and emotional depth in my performances. I believe that the key to creating compelling and memorable characters lies in understanding their motivations, vulnerabilities, and inner conflicts. I strive to bring a level of honesty and vulnerability to each role, allowing audiences to connect with the characters on a deep emotional level.
One aspect of my work that I’m particularly proud of is my versatility. I love diving into diverse roles that challenge me to explore different facets of human experience. Whether it’s a complex dramatic character, a quirky comedic role, or anything in between, I approach each opportunity with a deep sense of curiosity and commitment.
to answer the question, where m i today professionally? I always say “I’am not there yet!” thats my mantra to move forward and keep growing, but I’am eternally grateful for the opportunities that came my way by which i could be where I’am today. was it easy? i wont say it was easy but also now that i look back it wasn’t that hard too. it wasn’t easy because as a kid who failed in one subject in his 12th grade and then reappeared for that exam and then left engineering mid way, it was pretty hard to confront my family that i want to become an actor, my family doesn’t have an acting background they don’t know how this industry works so as parents i understand that they want there child to have a secured future so it was pretty hard to tell them what i really want to do in my life and of course it was hard for them to accept this, yes they have een me acting in school theater plays and when i use to do theater in India but me getting full time in the industry “Hollywood & Bollywood” it wasn’t an easy task for them to accept it but they did, so say i it was easy for me to get into acting it was just because my parents supported me and they still do, they still believe in me, but the challenges never stops coming your way right? moving away from my county to try my luck in my Hollywood wasn’t an easy decision, being in a new place, meeting new people everyday, looking after my financials being independent coming out of my comfort zone hasn’t been easy but i know one day it will all be worth it and I’am going to make it for myself and my family.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In LA! the fun paces i would take my best friend to will be Universal Studios for sure, Warner bros studio tour, Griffith observatory, Big bear, Hollywood sign trek, walk of fame, Chinese Theater, and of course las but surely not the least i would take him out on the weekends to enjoy the night life of LA.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to my parents who has always supported me in everything and still continue to do so, it wasn’t an easy task to raise a child like me. They have always motivated me inspired me and taught me to be a god human being before anything, so a big shoutout and a heartfelt gratitude to my parents for being unwavering pillars of support in every ups and downs be it not doing well in my 12th grade or leaving engineering to do bachelors degree in Mass media communication or moving to LA and pursue Acting. I can’t thank my parents enough for whatever they have done for me and still continue to do till date, whatever i have achieved and whatever I’am today is all because of my parents love and support and I’am sure I’am going to give them the best life as they deserve.
My younger brother! he sees me as his inspiration but honestly I’ll say he is my inspiration, the love and support I get from him is unconditional.
Next I would like to give shoutout to this one guy, Ajay Mohamed he is like an elder brother to me, he was the inspiration behind me moving to LA to pursue Acting, i just saw this guy in a seminar this was 5 years back he was on the stage, we never met in person never talked that was the first time I was seeing him and there he talked about his journey and how he is moving to LA to pursue a career in acting and he talked about New York Film Academy and I just felt that connect with him and that very moment I manifested this for myself that one day even I will go to LA and get a degree in acting from New York Film Academy. I followed him on social media and I had sent him a message on the same day after coming back home form the seminar I said one day Ill text you again saying I’ve got an admission in NYFA and he just wished me luck, 4 years later I put him a text that I got into nyfa and he replied with a question “do you want to live with me in my house as a Roomate?” And how would I say no to that right? I so I moved with him and he’s been a big support since the day one, there were ups and downs but the bond grew more stronger.
Last but not the least I met two wonderful ladies here in LA, Niharika pushkarna and Apoorva Kale they have supported me and pampered me like a child and they still continue to do so.
